Wrong size of the front tire.
A very pleasant customer service by chat and phone! But I ordered 2 days ago and my order is not moving... Payment has been processed but still no preparation!

Very poor quality in terms of hardware, they tightened it like who knows what, damaged threading, the finishes are not great otherwise it can go, it's still a dirt bike
Regarding the valve shim set, everything is correct. That said, I had ordered a 125 YX engine with this set which never came to fruition, due to a gearbox problem. Gears 2, 3, and 4 do not engage, certainly a problem with a bent selector fork, or the gearbox shaft is damaged. I asked to have an engine sent back to me, but customer service is drifting onto other matters. "No refund" nada! We'll see if someone can repair it for me, but frankly very unhappy with Minimx, although there may be potential, but not for the purchase of a complete engine. From now on, I will certainly order from the site, but no more complete engines. To whom it may concern.
I still haven't received my package, it is 10:53.
I didn't like it because it took 3 weeks for my order to be processed and I had to send a message myself to get things moving because I was forgotten.
Missing the complete gasket set so I had to buy one additionally.

Hello, when I want to reconnect to my account, it tells me that the password is incorrect, so I click on (forgot password), I send the recovery email and I click on it directly after receiving it and it tells me the link is no longer valid.

Perfect phone relationship but since my order placed on 03/04 delivery at 50€ for 24-48h... We are on 11/04 and I still haven't received anything...
The engine arrived with a leak
Hello, Package well received, well packaged, fast. A bit disappointed because the hole drilling for the master cylinder fixation is very poorly done, really messed up because there is no more material at the bottom of the hole
Everything is perfect except for the delivery, if we put express delivery we should wait at least 5 days before receiving it while we pay to receive it the next day or within 48 hours
Rather correct but a small error on one of the casings of the lot which had a green casing while all the others are black, regrettable. I think of the person who prepared the order and who didn't think it was strange... Had to return the casing in question, shipping costs at my expense and order a new black casing with more shipping costs. For a casing at 19€ which ends up costing me almost 40€. Really a shame

I received the items very quickly, however the engine I bought arrived in a box full of oil and all broken. The engine itself has a broken clutch and shows cracks on the clutch cover. First time I'm disappointed with Minimx otherwise the other items are great

Very fragile motorcycle (varetti 150), motorcycle broken down upon receipt because engine parts are broken and defective, let's not even talk about customer service, had to send long emails of dissatisfaction to hope to get the replacement of the defective parts. Motorcycle received with scratches and scuffs! And first outing the rim is bent. And of course the warranty on the cycle does not cover the rims! Absolutely avoid!!!!!!!! There are sites where customer service is much better managed.
Not well described. Received only 1 bearing instead of a pair... No dimensions and in the end, 3/4 do not fit.

Addition of unnecessary items that they make you pay for each order made, there has always been a problem, I stop ordering from them
Card subscribed to benefit from certain advantages, certain promotions including the possibility of being delivered quickly at home. On the day of delivery, I made myself available... I received a first message warning that I was going to be delivered, I am ready and watching the delivery person... 2nd message received a few minutes later (just 5 minutes) warning me that my package had been dropped off at the nearest pickup point due to my absence!! The delivery person simply did not want to make a detour, it's really shameful!!! I had requested an Express delivery (card benefits), I was present at my home and I had to drive 15-20 minutes to pick up my order!!
Delivery service to be improved
I will not comment on the items, as to date I have not received them. Order placed on the site with a delivery address at the post office in my city, the site shipped the items in my name with the post office address without specifying post restante. Result, the package was returned to the sender due to not having the correct name for the right address. Refund processed by Mininx without delay. Order renewed on the site with delivery address at a relay point, to be continued.
Satisfied with the motorcycle, only downside is a small manufacturing defect on the front fender!
Motorcycle bought from Mini Mx and impossible to get the right parts.
Fast delivery, but the package was in poor condition. A small part was broken. I had to negotiate and especially put pressure on the seller (thanks Paypal) to get this part back which is not expensive but is hard to find. Customer service is very unpleasant.
Return at the customer's expense. For a helmet that is slightly too small, as I am between two sizes, I had to pay 14€. Despite my intention to reorder the same helmet one size up. Effort needed on equipment, especially those subject to size choice. Or in the context of exchanges. Best regards
