I received the quad already the ungrateful disrespectful delivery man, I assemble the quad and I don't have enough washers for the front wheels, the finish makes you wonder if it wasn't a child who placed it crookedly, the air bubbles are everywhere to be direct the finish barely holds and to top it off a pool of gasoline in my garage because it has no fuel tap really disappointed

We have never refused to take responsibility for the error, and have always responded to your requests, unfortunately these are the latest models of SURRON and the handling has changed, we have asked SURRON directly and have not received a response to this day.

I bought, in pre-order, a 49cc quad for my son. MiniMX had a delay in receiving the order and, consequently, in shipping it to me... They always replied to my messages where I asked for updates. When I was tempted to cancel the order (a month later) I received the email of shipment confirmation. The quad arrived; in half an hour my son and I assembled it together; it started immediately - zero problems. Now I don't know how to get it down!! Only regret?? HAVING BOUGHT ONLY 1 I also got on it (weight more than the allowed weight) and it works great!!! Until the next order guys...
Delivery times too long on everything in pre-order then disappointed customer service the chain of my quad derailed in less than 24 hours I contacted them that it was not normal then they sent me a video of a tutorial that is 10 years old and that the quad in question in the video has no link with the new quads of today they should improve the preparations of the quad before shipping and also the customer service aside from that the quad works very well sure no problem.
