I am not at all satisfied with Mini MX products, I ordered an exhaust pipe and they sent me the wrong size and on top of that the package is torn everywhere and the pipe is damaged, the seat thing that melts well is oil and maintenance product

I would give 0 if I could 2 orders in 2 days because there was only 1 seal, my mistake, the piston ring set too big, my mistake, however when I buy 100 euros worth of parts and the 2nd package has not yet left, a good merchant will not charge a 3rd delivery fee and will add the piston ring set in the package!!

Catastrophic site, cardboard customer service, bad faith after-sales service, ordered 2 tires in 14/17 received 2 tires in 16/19, they are not very skilled when calling, the people look down on you very haughty... Then I also ordered a pair of rims in 14/17, both rims make noise when turning, pieces of metal are floating inside the rim bead, for MiniMx's after-sales service nothing alarming, there is no safety problem, I was even told that with the engine running it would be heard more, in any case, a categorical refusal of warranty... While others had the same issue. Oh yes, they take them back but at my expense while pieces of metal are floating... Specify in this case in the ad that your rims make a casserole noise. Good luck to those who will have to deal with after-sales service...
Site OK, delivery OK and fast, after-sales service .... after over 800€ of orders in 2 months, they forgot some seals at 13 bucks (nothing serious but ...) impossible to get it without photos of the received parts but they are already mounted on my vehicle, I think they must have a way to sell the same item 2 to 3 times. Because they don't even know if they sent them or not, they will see that they have my seals on the day of their inventory 😉 .. (I work in an auto center, I know when I have a part sold and out of my stock or not)..

I bought a 150 Daytona engine and asked if I would be able to install it without problems and without modifications, stating what I would mount it on. I was told yes, no problem. As a result, I find myself a month later looking for parts on other sites because I can't mount the carburetor or the rear brake, and they don't make the parts on Minimx... In short, I do not recommend it because it wasted more of my time than anything else.
Really disappointed, this is the second time I took a lever with quick pull and it broke after two turns of piwi.

Big delivery problem due to a mistake on their part. The customer service looks down on you and does not want to hear anything. I managed to find my package after 10 days of searching. I asked customer service to pass me their manager, no way. The manager contacted me only after a threat of filing a complaint. I do not recommend this site due to very poor customer service.
Feedback on my first purchase at MiniMx that I would now advise against! Motorcycle ordered on 26/04 and finally received on 17/06... To keep it simple, I will skip the details of these two months... I am not very satisfied with the delays not respected, whether it is the supply on their part (no stock and replenishment delays not respected twice...) and then the carrier for delivery (7 days when I paid for delivery in 48/72h max...) As many already know, after several emails and calls, you quickly realize that the customer/commercial service is deplorable and shows blatant bad faith... Of course, no apologies or commercial gesture, not even a little sticker for the kid who has been waiting for two months for his birthday, disappointment after disappointment... Fortunately, the motorcycle arrived in one piece! Decoration kit poorly placed and instructions not corresponding to the motorcycle, but nothing serious actually. For your information, the unpleasant Mr. you have on the phone named ALEXANDRE SARDINA is none other than the manager of Minimx... Yes, it is the boss who answers the phone and the salespeople who handle complaints... And even he can never do anything... It feels like a big website, but in fact, it is a small company of about ten people managed by a young guy who seems to be doing a bit of everything... Ste ksr racing / voltagreen / minimx. I understand the health problems that extend delays for everyone. But the minimum is to be commercial, good faith, and courteous, which has not been the case... In short, this is my first and last purchase with them, FLEE!! And find another site if you want to avoid problems, especially for a big purchase, but be careful, many sites seem to be partners with minimx!
