Good order received quickly

The monster deco kit is good, nothing to say about it, but the outline is poorly made, we have to bend the deco kit a bit for it to fit in the fairing

Disappointed with some products, too bad we have nothing to offer in exchange for the damaged product

after-sales: you should have read the general conditions, do it yourself, it’s not a big deal or go see a professional. Otherwise, the motorcycle is beautiful and well finished for the price, just don't expect to take your child for a ride on the motorcycle right after assembling it, and don't count on any warranty or after-sales service either.

I am satisfied with the delivery, however, the parts on the electrical side were connected the wrong way.

We have already ordered several times on Minimix but disappointed with our last order where we returned the part that did not match our motorcycle model and the shipping costs of the first shipment were not refunded.. While we also paid for the return. So rather disappointed with the refund process.

I gave two stars for the speed of delivery but I ordered a rim and there was a loose spoke that was removed, and the rim is scratched very disappointed for my first order

The silencer cartridge received has an entrance that is too small, and according to your return policies, it is almost useless for me to send it back to you, moreover, the delivery was not made on time.

Fast delivery, compliant products. The return due to an error cost me 17 euros for a handlebar worth 70 euros, I would choose a brand with free returns in the future.

Well delivered and very quickly

Great except for the sky blue handlebar which was full of scratches. After about fifteen emails, I finally managed to get a refund. Otherwise, everything is fine and that doesn't mean I'm going to look elsewhere for my parts. Out of the 2 orders placed, only the handlebar caused a problem.
