I still haven't received my order

Very good site, fast delivery if the delivery people do their job properly, too bad there aren't more items in stock

Stickers not received in the order, brake handle seems quite fragile

Good product delivered quickly but slight defect on the rear rim with a metal noise in the axle between the two bearings

I received a 140 kayo, the stickers are of poor quality, they peel off everywhere. After trying the motorcycle, I am satisfied with the engine and braking, we'll see over time. I hope the customer service will send me new stickers and my front fender that was damaged during delivery.

There should be more stock

Carpet delivered in poor condition, box damaged during delivery, the carpet was rolled very tightly and therefore does not take its natural shape for the fork legs, the fixing screws have a stripped BTR imprint, not very serious for new material especially given the price of the screws

Good order received quickly

The monster deco kit is good, nothing to say about it, but the outline is poorly made, we have to bend the deco kit a bit for it to fit in the fairing

after-sales: you should have read the general conditions, do it yourself, it’s not a big deal or go see a professional. Otherwise, the motorcycle is beautiful and well finished for the price, just don't expect to take your child for a ride on the motorcycle right after assembling it, and don't count on any warranty or after-sales service either.

I am satisfied with the delivery, however, the parts on the electrical side were connected the wrong way.

We have already ordered several times on Minimix but disappointed with our last order where we returned the part that did not match our motorcycle model and the shipping costs of the first shipment were not refunded.. While we also paid for the return. So rather disappointed with the refund process.
