Unhappy with the preparation time of the order I called the service to tell me computer problem okay no problem that can happen but the least you can do is make a small commercial gesture

Very poor tracking of the package, moreover when we ask where the package is, I get a quick response once giving me an indication of where to find it myself. But since then I sent an email and no more response. the package is marked delivered when it is not

When I placed the order all the parts were available after 4 days still no shipment of my package, two phone calls to resolve the problem. once I received the package the parts were not correct did not match my order. called customer service again, twice on the phone they did not care about my problem or totally ignored it!!! I had to send an email to resolve the problem which is still ongoing.
Site to avoid, good if only one non-fragile part to order and even.....

New motorcycle that seems to have quite good quality but 2 defects on a new engine I am not happy at all, cylinder head too tight so thread dead equals air intake and speed practically impossible to pass, it's pathetic to sell motorcycles without verifying a minimum the engine etc, I was a pretty good customer I had my friends buy 5 dirt bikes from minimx but now it's over unless they are understanding and send me an engine back
Deplorable customer service, I encountered a woman who almost yelled at me!! The delivery, let's not talk about it, incomplete package, delivery fees in 24H not refunded. (waited more than a week to receive the rest of my order).

Very disappointed, I ordered fork protectors and I did not receive the right ones.
A shame! The item received is not the right one. Responses by email next to the plate, 30 minutes to reach customer service by phone, no commercial gesture. When I explain that the tire received is not suitable for the terrain, I feel like the person on the other side doesn't even know what a tire is. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to tell me what to do with my tire since the mistake is on their side.
2 compatible exhaust lines with our frames were ordered, none fit!! Response from customer service: remove the heat shield..... as if that would magically make it fit.... we are far from the mark so almost 100 euros wasted.
Two of the products I received were not in accordance with the photo (specifically a pair of very poorly mounted rims).

Zero! Never received my order! No possible recourse! 134 euros down the drain and mini mx doesn't care since the delivery person provided proof of delivery! Thanks again for the waste of time and money! I am therefore turning to the competition small mx wkx racing crf50shop!

Hello, I am not satisfied because the crankshaft is damaged, the bearings are stuck, and the connecting rod is the same.

Almost 1 month for a delivery!!!! No excuse from customer service!!!! If I hadn't called or sent emails, my package would still not have been delivered.

I already ordered a pair of gloves, they never arrived or I requested delivery, so returned to the supplier from which I still have not received a refund for already two months. I ordered a pair for 35 euros and the gloves received do not match the photo on the site. I sent emails with photos; my gloves have no design inside as shown in your photos, and it seems that the material is not the same, lighter. Here I am a seller, so I know a bit.
I am a small customer, for a few years, 15 days ago, by my fault, I made a mistake in the size of an air filter costing 9.90 euros. I had to return it, order a new one along with other parts. I took the liberty of asking for a discount by phone, and the response from the lady was: 'Sir, no way, you need to read the general sales conditions carefully...'!! Congratulations on this hyper-commercial response... the bike shop was able to respond much more commercially to my requests. To whom it may concern, goodbye!!
I am really disappointed; this company has changed a lot. We ask for information, and we are told to call a premium number for nothing, and then they make no gestures even though it is them who made the mistake, and I am still waiting for a response to my email.
