I gave two stars for the speed of delivery but I ordered a rim and there was a loose spoke that was removed, and the rim is scratched very disappointed for my first order
Easy navigation on the site, but item not designated as out of stock. Responsive service, but a bit stingy. Instead of an exchange for a slightly more expensive item, they exchange it for a cheaper item; speed of delivery.

The silencer cartridge received has an entrance that is too small, and according to your return policies, it is almost useless for me to send it back to you, moreover, the delivery was not made on time.
Fast delivery, compliant products. The return due to an error cost me 17 euros for a handlebar worth 70 euros, I would choose a brand with free returns in the future.
Customer service is very quick in their responses, however, I received the wrong package and I still have not received my personal package.

Well delivered and very quickly
Great except for the sky blue handlebar which was full of scratches. After about fifteen emails, I finally managed to get a refund. Otherwise, everything is fine and that doesn't mean I'm going to look elsewhere for my parts. Out of the 2 orders placed, only the handlebar caused a problem.

I placed an urgent order on Saturday with a 24 to 48-hour delivery. The parts arrived 6 days later, I lost a lot of clients for my business due to the non-respected delivery time. Otherwise, great products!

The product arrived damaged
Hello, I ordered my new tire and my inner tube as well as my wheel axle everything was okay except that when unpacking the inner tube it was punctured so it was impossible to mount my tire on my motorcycle.
Problem with the lower T, it cracked so I no longer ride my motorcycle. The torque was good (not too tight and mounted with medium loctite) and I couldn't find how to make a warranty request.
I had never had any issues with my previous orders, but for this one, the exhaust pipe I ordered does not fit into the cartridge I ordered previously. The response from the claims service told me that it needed to be sanded to fit. I am left with a new pot to sand that will rust quickly and a cartridge that barely holds because I can't sand the pot any more...
The product was well packaged, fast delivery but the product is of poor quality.
