Very disappointed, the front tire received is from 2016... I thought I was buying a new tire that is almost 10 years old. And one of the two inner tubes does not have a threaded valve, so I had to buy another tube. In short, I strongly advise against it.
The Michelin tires are ordered from BIRH, the official distributor of the brand in France and Europe, our last arrival for the rear is from October 2025 (invoice available if necessary), for the front September 2025 (invoice available if necessary). We have no stock of tires that are 10 years old, in this case if your claim is true it comes from the supplier and if you wish to share your claim with us through photos so that we can forward it to BIRH France, as this does not come from our end in this case.

I received a poorly packaged and damaged head gasket. They do not want to send me another one. Disgraceful customer service
I ordered 3 motorcycles from this site and 2 motorcycles are fine, no issues, however I received the 125 with damaged parts, the engine guard completely bent because the motorcycle was poorly glued and all the weight rested on the drain plug. I am worried that this may have weakened the engine casing and that I will end up with a crack/leak later. All they respond is that they will send you the damaged parts which is good but for the casing they want to review the motorcycle, if there are anomalies they will repair it, however if there are no anomalies, you pay us the return shipping costs plus labor. Unacceptable, I requested a return of the motorcycle with a new summary afterwards especially since I called them 3 times before ordering and receiving the motorcycle to ask if later we could put larger wheels because I was not convinced at all. They said yes, no problem, even gave me references with prices for wheels and finally when I receive it and tell them that I do not see how I can put larger wheels, they respond that indeed we cannot. So I end up with a damaged motorcycle, with a possibly weakened casing and poorly advised that I will not be able to change the wheels for the young person who will ride it and who will grow. As long as it talks about 2 or 3 parts for nothing, indeed they send them to you but as soon as it is more serious, either they do not respond to the request or switch to another subject. With 3 motorcycles ordered and given the different problems, they make no effort and do not even take responsibility for their incompetence. I regret ordering 3 motorcycles from this type of people
Honestly very disappointed. I bought the motorcycle and from the start it wouldn't start, neither with the kick nor with the electric starter. We had to take it to the garage because even calling the seller and following all his instructions, it was impossible to get it started. Result: garage fees at my expense that are not even reimbursed. At the garage, it finally started, but the motorcycle still has a problem: it does not hold idle and stalls constantly. For a purchase that is supposed to be functional, this is just unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend.
I placed and paid for my order on 10/11 and it was shipped 15 days later!!! Supposedly they did not have the parts in stock while at the time of my order they were indeed listed as in stock on their site, plus once the order was received, there were missing gaskets. I will not order from this site again, this is definitely the first and last time.
Not satisfied. The description stated it was compatible with a bastos, but no and impossible to find information on the return.
Very poorly advised by the person in chat who made me order the wrong part and does not want to acknowledge their mistake nor even cover the return shipping costs. Avoid, I will never order from them again. Moreover, for a motorcycle bought new a year ago, there are still problems.
Twisted chain...
Good evening, very disappointed because the screw was too small for my bastos 140cc motorcycle according to the site it was supposed to fit.
The motorcycle has a problem with acceleration, turning the handlebars to the left makes the motorcycle accelerate on its own even though the cable tension is good. By the way, just upon receipt I should have understood that it was going to be chaotic. The delivery person left the motorcycle on the road while my mother is oxygen-dependent and did not even want to bring it into the hall even for a tip. Unpleasant delivery service to avoid.

You forgot to mention that we offered you the return of the product with a prepaid return label to offer you a refund.
You asked us for an immediate refund while keeping the deco kit or offering you a motorcycle lift for €50.
Unfortunately, you will understand that this is not possible, you also threatened us with bad publicity, do not imagine that this is pleasant for us who only wanted to take back your product and refund or exchange it.
What more can we do? Aside from the return with exchange or refund.
Beware? Of whom? And of what? Your items do not suit you, we take them back, refund or exchange, our sales service is transparent and as honest as possible with our customers.

Very poorly informed, not the right model, we pay for shipping, have to pay for returns, it's nonsense. I had already bought a motorcycle from them and received it with a hole in the swingarm, flat tire, they offered me a tube as a commercial gesture...
I am sorry that you did not select the correct transmission chain, indeed if it is intended for your 2023 Drift the chain pitch is 420 and not 520.
I would like to clarify an important point, your swingarm did not have a hole but a scratch (Mini MX archive from 05/05/2023), although we take great care in the packaging and transport of our vehicles, it is possible that slight scratches or marks may be present upon unpacking. This does not impact the proper functioning of the motorcycle. We do everything possible to minimize such imperfections, but they can occur during transport. Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding the compatibility of the parts, do not hesitate to ask us either by phone or by email so that we can guide you to the right model.

Suspensions that were supposed to be adjustable but are not adjustable The motorcycle when I accelerate it stutters and stalls very regularly Decal kit that comes off I do not recommend the product at all
The spark plug I ordered had nothing to do with my YCF 150 SP2 it was not the right one!!! Beware on this site
If you have a YCF 150 SP2 you need to take the CR7HIX, the reference is usually indicated on your original spark plug.
Some older series are equipped with DR8EA but generally on YCF it is CR7HIX.
Do not hesitate to send an email or via chat we have technicians available who know the Pit Bike series perfectly since 2008.

Missing parts from my order
So: 1: new carburetor that leaks! 2: wiring problem works once every two times!! 3: the engine cuts off at the slightest bump!!! 4: absence of manual and assembly!!!! 5: seat damaged 6: left ball joint adjustment missing

Motorcycle that wouldn't start due to poor factory assembly. Additional garage fees not planned even though it was new.
Terrible! Vehicle broke down upon arrival, no support from customer service. Non-compliance with French laws as the vehicle is guaranteed for only 3 months instead of 2 years. In short, legal action underway
Too many spare parts out of stock is unacceptable
