Half of the package.
The inner tube received had 3 holes, and moreover, it was not the right brand or model.
A week to prepare 10 items outside the deadline; I will no longer order any parts. Moreover, be careful because the technical sheets are not correct; there are plenty of other examples to give, but it's too long to explain; I would waste my time saying that you really shouldn't order anything on this site.
I ordered a cover and starter for a mini quad; the reference apparently corresponded to my Apollo mini quad. However, it does not fit!

I am not satisfied with the purchase I made because the delay was extremely long. I requested the cancellation of my order; I was asked to wait, and when I asked again to cancel the order, I was told that the order would be shipped the next day and that a small gift would be included, but that never arrived with the package. So no, I am not satisfied with my purchases on this site.
3 weeks to receive my order only to find out that the key switch I bought does not work because the wires were not connected correctly according to the original color code; the result is a match that is useless.
Several orders placed, 1 part out of 2 is compatible. Purchase of a Mikuni 26 carburetor repair kit, yet all identical, 1/3 of the parts are compatible, just Chinese stuff.
Very disappointed upon the arrival of my order; the shock absorber was missing. (Difference in weight between the departure 2.85kg and the arrival 0.400g, but that doesn't shock the post office) Mini MX's proposal was a credit of 40 euros when the shock absorber is worth 60 euros. Waiting to be contacted again by the post office.
Very disappointed with my order. This is the first time I order from you. I placed my order on 15/04. As I write this message, it is 28/04, and I still haven't received anything. I paid quite dearly (1/3 of my order) for a fast delivery service in 48 to 72 hours because I urgently needed parts!

I ordered a SX 125 motorcycle on the minimx.fr site. At first delighted with the use but a part broke quickly (the gearbox) I asked for help in the chat ALL the team was unpleasant in the chat. I saw no help from them. After dismantling the engine (without a plan from them even though I had requested one) I called them to know which part to order on their site they gave me the wrong reference. So I received the wrong part. I contacted customer service again who asked me to send everything to their after-sales service who gave me no news. The screws of their engine are of very poor quality. I have never left a bad review on a company. I do not recommend the site at all. I am still waiting for a simple response from them.

Hello, the motorcycle arrived on time, but during transport, the fork legs were damaged... I called MiniMX and they replied that since you signed with the carrier, it's no longer our problem. I find it not normal at all that there is no insurance for the price we pay.
