I have a 200 cc 4-stroke engine and I received a gasket kit half 150 cc half 100 cc and I'm missing the top engine gaskets, however, quality products so I recommend but specify the order well

Hello, I placed the order on 28/08, processed on 30/08 as it was a Saturday. On 31/08 I received the order at the parcel relay (Chronopost) in express delivery, I ordered a 14" rear wheel and I received a 17" front wheel. I called customer service and it’s not their fault!! and to have the correct wheel sent back is a whole hassle.... Anyway, I explained to them that I needed it quickly because my son had a contest that weekend. And I received the wheel on 06/09, so after the weekend with an express shipment sent on 03/09, and in what condition they didn’t send it to the relay point as requested and the delivery person threw it over the gate and then my dog took care of it... And the icing on the cake is that they certified express delivery so on Saturday 04/09 (stated on the site as express before 1 PM) Let’s just say my son was thrilled with his weekend. PS: at customer service no way to speak to a manager, the response they gave me was "he will tell you the same as us" Very bad experience.

I am disappointed because I bought a new Kayo TT 140 and received it with a cracked fender and Minimix found a solution to refund me 20 euros for a bike bought new, I would have thought they would send me a fender but no, it's not important, it doesn't hinder riding but I received my package damaged and that's a shame otherwise very professional team and very good quality material I recommend them Franck

The assembly sheet for the quad is not in French, there is no bulb at the front but just the glass and it is indeed a manual starter and not electric. The keys are only to allow you to start as a safety. The quad is louder than a lawn mower. The brakes are difficult to adjust so too stiff for my son. Positive point it is super beautiful, suitable for my 4-year-old child's size.

I waited a long time for the stock to be replenished but I finally received my mini mx, I am generally happy because it works really well, it is beautiful but I had a few surprises upon receiving it, my clutch lever didn't hold because the threads were disintegrating (I put longer screws with bolts and it does the job) the cover was roughly cut with a grinder to fit my motorcycle (for a new product it's not great, so I finished it myself), I received a handlebar foam but without the cover for it, my throttle has a notch as if there was a burr left. Apart from these little problems, it's great, the motorcycle works really well and I had a lot of fun in the forest, I can't wait to ride in the coming days.
