Satisfied with the product in general, however not at all satisfied with the shipping as the product was ordered on May 6 and received 1 month later even though we still paid 50 euros for shipping fees.

Order delivered quickly. Carrier was great and the packaging of the package was very good. I just need to assemble the motorcycle and test it, but for now, perfect. I recommend.

Hello Quentin,
We are sorry to hear that you have not received your package. We understand how frustrating this can be. A claim has obviously been filed and a credit has been issued to you.
Best regards,
The MiniMX team.

I am delighted with the bike I received, the website is very well designed, the experience was almost perfect. But I have a slight reservation about the delivery conditions... the delivery person did not deliver the package claiming that "the customer was absent" whereas the package was to be delivered to a store that was open. I therefore had to go pick up the package from the carrier... given the price of delivery, I found that inappropriate.

The manual is difficult to read. As for the customer service, I had the chance to interact with them several times. They are responsive, remarkably kind, and professional. I highly recommend them and will promote them well!

Great service. Despite an incorrect purchase, they were extremely helpful in assisting me to replace the product. The motorcycle for my son arrived perfectly packaged. Easy to assemble and I must say that so far it works very well... my son was moved when he received his first motorcycle. Well done

I am disappointed with this experience. I ordered a motorcycle for my son's birthday that was supposed to be delivered on June 2 or 3. I received it today, June 8. Knowing that we pay €50 for shipping, etc., and no commercial gesture was offered considering the delivery delay. As for the motorcycle, very good motorcycle received in perfect condition. But really, the delivery times need to be reviewed.
