Great, I am answered with a 'universal' user manual which when I search for the 160cc model nothing is displayed, the names on the side are different for each model, so thank you for leaving this negative review on the minimx site.
I am still waiting for a response from customer service regarding an oversight on your part in my order placed on 26/12/19 ...

VERY BADLY RECEIVED FOR DELIVERY, WAITING AT LEAST 3 WEEKS DESPITE THE AUTHORIZED PAYMENT
The delivery is not too bad. Communication with them is impossible. They are always right (even when they are wrong). They claim compatibility of parts (even though we provide brand model and year of the dirt bike) when it is not the case. Honestly, I will not go back to them and prefer to go to competitors.
I ordered a 26mm gray intake pipe as shown in the photo on the site, I received a black intake pipe.
I will not order from this site again. In the description, it states that the item is compatible with your model and in reality, it is not at all. Of course, the return costs are at your expense, so it is not worth losing more money. Good to know, goodbye!
No response to my message, lousy service
I am following up on my last two orders. The products from the VShock brand were on sale until out of stock. First order: a shock absorber in 290mm (base price 149 euros, reduced to 89 euros). The shock absorber arrived with impacts on the spring and the base price (labeled) was at 129 euros including tax... (I also specify, received packaged in bubble wrap, no VShock box, nor any reference on the shock absorber). Second order: Adjustable fork 730 mm. Packaging upon receipt was perfect. But same as the fork damaged, impacts on the tubes and fork caps were largely damaged. Prices displayed on the site before reduction: 299 euros, price after reduction: 199 euros. On the bubble packaging, the original displayed price is 279 euros... Conclusion: on two orders placed for promotional products (promotion still ongoing on 15.10.2019), the products arrived damaged (but packaging intact...). The original prices do not seem to correspond to the actual including tax prices of the products. Refund almost immediate after return. I will not order again on minimx.fr
Order amount withdrawn 4 times from my bank account
I ordered an exhaust for my Dirt bike, when opening the package the clamp with the rubber to hold the exhaust was missing plus the small screw that holds the two parts together. I made a customer service request and received the clamp but still no small screw. I want a refund.
This engine does not fit the cross bike, the exhaust does not match at all knowing that my husband had asked beforehand and the same for the stabilizer which did not correspond to the bike very disappointed

Order paid with delivery fees in 48h and after 17 days of waiting still no delivery, and they dare to put my order status as delivered. Very unpleasant hostess. Absurd!! Avoid

Minimx are liars because they display products in stock when they do not have them in stock, so forced to change the color of the part (chain guide) then they refused my requests for a commercial gesture (some stickers or keychain or others) but this is not the policy of minimx.
The engine is leaking everywhere
Order received at the billing address (600Km from the delivery address), they did not inform me of the address change. I contacted customer service and had to insist for them to admit that it was indeed their shipping service that had used my billing address and not the post office. They were supposed to contact me back but never did. And it does not shock them that I received my packages at my billing address even though it is 600Km from the initial delivery address. No gesture was made on their part, I had to ask the person at my home to resend the packages to me and had to pay out of pocket for the deliveries. Unacceptable given that I myself have worked in logistics, when a mistake is made, one assumes and resolves the problem(s).

Late delivery even though we pay for a VIP subscription I ordered a complete performance ignition kit and the ignition harness provided is not compatible I was really disappointed for the first time on all the orders I have placed I hope not to be disappointed again with my next orders

Cable delivered by mistake in 910mm in reality and on the packaging while reference in 980 mm on the delivery note. The repair could be done despite a cable that was too short.
Low-end parts site.. And big problem with shipping management. It doesn't help much to put a delivery address or parcel relay. It is never taken into account. Very unpleasant..

Not the right product (10mm screw) and I received 8mm

Order online impossible. Delivery address not taken into account. Delivery 80 km from the address.. Only half of the engine mounting screws were in the packaging, not even taped.. Really not great
