No follow-up from customer service, obviously it is not your fault for the delay but at least the minimum is to inform your customers.

The site itself is fine but long wait for reception

Very good motorcycle, of very good quality and very pretty. A few small drawbacks to note, such as no assembly guide to assemble the motorcycle. For people who don't know much about mechanics, they will have to turn to professionals. Otherwise, delivery was perfect, the motorcycle very well protected, etc...

Order placed on April 18, arrived on June 28. No tracking email, had to follow up to know where this order was. No commercial gesture was made. Paid 49.99€ outrageous.

I ordered a green motorcycle, I received a red one.

They sent me the wrong diameter on the chain kit.

I paid 11 euros for delivery to be delivered within 24 hours, I received my package 3 days later... good service nonetheless

Compliant with the order, disastrous deliveries and without competence, package received damaged and with three days in between (yet everything was supposed to arrive at the same time, extra paid for quick reception), customer service is quite nice trying to sort things out, but for me, as seen with the company's salespeople, the delivery service is the continuity, the image and the seriousness of the company. Also, the goodies (small gift to choose offered by the site) do not arrive, obviously it never arrives, well yes! To me.... what bad luck! I don't think I will reorder from this site, unless I have a real delivery service... (my comment is objective and factual.)

It's expensive compared to what it's worth, under the paint you can see that it's rusty, it's not great, I'm disappointed

The spoke covers have nothing to do with those in the photo. I have to return them at my expense to get a refund. At a time when all sites offer free returns.....

Fast delivery, interesting price but mediocre quality. Installation in place very easy but the engine smokes a lot as soon as it reaches temperature. The after-sales service only communicates by email (not very practical or responsive) I called directly and was told that communication could only be done by email, yet when I called to buy my engine, they took the time to explain and advise me..... First and last time for me on this site. I keep my engine and my bitterness.

Really disappointed, order made for an iPhone mat, not at all the same model represented on the site, not the same dimensions listed on the site. And all that the after-sales service responds to me since I wrote to them to tell them that the information on their site is incorrect is a "return it" so no, I am sorry, an apology would be nice to start with, and then I ordered two mats, so a commercial gesture would have been more appropriate and that the customer may not have to find another package and return it, especially for dimensions like that. After several orders placed with them, the customer service has disappointed me. The mat itself is of good quality but not the one requested.

Very disappointed with this engine, maybe a defect..., it needs oil every two days... I notice it leaking and drying in a ball on the threads of the exhaust screws... Otherwise it runs well...

Hello, Following my order on your site (Mini Mx) I want to inform you that the main axle which is 114 MM is too small for an Apollo RFZ. What is unfortunate is not receiving a motor axle when ordering a motor.

I gave 3 stars because I ordered a right valve inner tube and received a tube with a curved valve. Otherwise, fast delivery.

Not like the original, handling of the bike is not great.

Very fast delivery, but I did not receive the throttle and clutch cable kit, I only received the frame.

Ordered in yellow, received in orange. Honestly disappointed.

Overall it's okay, some descriptions are not always up to date hence the 3/5, for customer service R.A.S. 5/5 I was very well informed.

Premium delivery arrived with a 1-week delay, unacceptable, the delivery cost more than the air filter to have it exactly 11 days later.

I ordered a 125 cc piston and received an oil filter instead.
