I am not satisfied at all, I did not receive the right parts and by email, they tell me that I received the right one! I want to say customer service 0 incompetent staff! It's been a week and I still haven't been given a solution to resolve the problem!

I give 4 stars for the price of the dirt and the fast shipping but still a small disappointment because at the time I ordered I asked customer service if the assembly instructions would be provided and they answered yes and upon opening my package nothing.. I then called and they told me it was surely an oversight and that I should contact customer service by email. Email sent no response so I had to call and they told me there was no manual for my model (kayo tt140) so I asked a question because I just had a doubt about the assembly but the person answered I don't know we don't know this bike... it's still a shame.. oh and I was missing my minimx sticker normally offered..
