Very nice bike received and tried to properly break in with 3 full tanks of gas at mid-engine speed, make sure to check all the bolts! Make sure to change the oil upon receipt! Mine started on the first try! For now, no worries, very nice machine

I placed an order on June 23 on the site and as of today, we are July 7, 2021, I still have not received the motorcycle knowing that delivery is quite expensive and that the site specifies delivery in 24/72 hours, so I am very disappointed in this regard, especially my son. Knowing this, I would have waited for the sales. As a result, I contacted customer service who gave me a number to contact the delivery person, which turned out to be a wrong number, and to whom I asked for a commercial gesture for the wait of my package, they did not want to know anything, so disappointed with the delivery time and customer service.

No customer service from start to finish. I left an email with customer service a month ago, no response. The motorcycle arrived damaged because it was poorly packaged. No parts available for the 250 crz. Fast54000 is just a dream seller when they say that spare parts are available. In short, not a serious brand at all. Move on, there are much more serious competitors. It's not possible to give zero stars, this site is not worth more...

Product conforms to my expectations, the motorcycle is nice. If I had to give a negative point, the motorcycle is a bit heavy. Fast delivery times, well packaged, assembly takes 5 minutes.
