1 package never arrived and 1 incomplete return, and the carrier does not respect the deadlines. TNT even declared the package delivered on Friday, May 13, 2016, while the delivery was made after a follow-up on the 17th! However, I appreciated the follow-up from the minimix team.

Terrible lost package, late reshipment after several emails and calls, still not received, paid more for express shipping than for parts, and it has been a week for a delivery in 24-48 hours, but lol I ordered a PC from top achat on the 30th and received it on the 31st.
Taiwanese carburetor, poor replica of a Keihin PE 28 delivered with a damaged needle (pinched and bent). Complaint email sent on March 24, 2016, today March 3, 2016, still no response to my problem.
Disappointed! No understanding, package damaged upon arrival and I did not receive the sticker! Then the customer service... better to avoid the subject.
Disappointed with the orders and the products
The site assistant does not know mechanics, gives bad advice, made me buy a wrong part, resulting in an unnecessary part and an additional order and excessive shipping costs for a screw, for almost €400 in purchases, not even a sticker or anything.
Very disappointed with this order. I called before the order to ensure the compatibility of the parts with my dirt bike, and I received parts that do not match. Thank you for the return slip, but I will not pay shipping costs to return the parts. Great customer service at minimx.
I am unhappy with your site; I wanted a carburetor bowl gasket that you do not have in stock; I clicked to be notified as soon as you have the product. The next day I receive a message saying that the product is in stock, so I order the gasket plus grips, and the next day I receive a message saying that the gasket is out of stock; it’s a shame; I will not order anything from you again and will never give you good publicity.
I am not ready to recommend anything from you. Order placed on January 7. Two weeks later, I had to send you an email to find out where my order was. The person who replied to my email couldn't tell me what was going on... and as if by chance, a week later my order was finally shipped. Order placed on January 21, still not received as of today the 31st! With each complaint, I am told that I will be kept informed but I never receive a call back. For them, the package was lost by the Post Office while on the Colissimo site it has been awaiting pickup by the Post Office since the 22nd, so it was never picked up by the Post Office. Problem with my order, a completely absent customer service! Called 35 times in a row without any response from 5 PM to 7 PM, apparently they left for the weekend early! A very long response to the email!! I received my order 2 weeks later, and still no news about the defect in my order a week later! €350 worth of order and never ordering from them again!

I had an issue with my order and Mini MX did nothing to resolve the problem despite my calls and emails. Really a bunch of incompetent people. I really do not recommend.
Good site but I have never been able to get my head gasket. Because the one provided with the gasket kit does not fit at all. And despite my complaint, to this day still nothing.
This is not the first time I order from Mini MX but this time I am really very disappointed because the products are of very poor quality, the connectors do not match and the jets probably have a manufacturing defect because you really have to force to fit them. Moreover, when Mini MX tells you in the 'Questions/Answers' section of a product that it is delivered with such a part or tool, it does not engage them in any way. How can you trust a site that is not honest with its customers? I also find it dishonest to charge the customer return fees (+ possible shipping fees) when the delivered products are defective. This is the last time I ordered from this site. Good luck to others.
Very poor delivery, I placed my order on the 2nd and on the 11th still nothing. Very disappointed.
