The few issues encountered, although completely unrelated to minimx (delivery, defective part) have ALWAYS been QUICKLY resolved by minimx (return of packages, collection of parts, replacement of parts, discount vouchers, credit notes, refunds..) Very thoughtful and personalized advice. Although there is a slight relaxation in some delivery packaging or some employees not mechanically qualified enough (from my point of view), a rare company that approaches perfection. Matthieu
