Moderately satisfied, on the site I ordered a 17-inch black steel front rim, the offer clearly states rims + 15mm axle (with spacers) as in the photo, but upon receipt just the rim, but without axle!

Site OK, Customer service OK for now (as I am at the beginning of a return process for a defective part), GLS delivery service bad.

No poster, no gaskets on the clutch cover, leaking carburetor, manual not suitable for the motorcycle, missing stickers on the fork and swingarm... very disappointed...

Hello, the handlebar is perfect, but the valve adjustment shims, one side is broken

3 stars, as for the navigation on the site, nothing to say, delivery nothing to say perfect deadlines respected, customer service rather good, quick response. For my order, so at the delivery of my 140cc minimx drift, very well packaged, no shock on the packaging, so the delivery people did a great job.

Poor quality product and already arrived scratched

I ordered a wheel and several other parts. Everything was fine except the wheel which had its brake disc bent (dead brake disc on a brand new complete wheel). The disc was already installed on the wheel. The order was however quickly dispatched and well in line with expectations. The parts are of good quality.

I still have not received my order!

I find your site very well made! However, it still lacks 'high quality' products from brands. There are quite a few products that have been out of stock for a while too.. it's a shame because for me in terms of navigation on the site and simplicity, it is one of the best sites.. that was for the site. As for the delivery, it has always been perfect since I order from you, the 24h choice is great! Keep it up haha Just a little problem for the last one, I ordered on Friday around 1:15 PM with the choice (order before 2 PM with you the next day, at 11.90€) usually very happy but this time, I only received my order on Monday when I was supposed to ride over the weekend. So I couldn't and on top of that I paid the shipping of 11€ for nothing! So disappointed of course..

Hello, disappointed what more can I say... Item ordered in stock and it's been 9 days and I still haven't received my order...

Upon receipt, scratches on the casing and defective ignition side screw

I received well but intake gasket but I didn't get the CRZ poster

I specifically ordered the pink shot mask with yellow writing that was supposed to match the colors of my helmet.... The mask I received is indeed pink but with black writing, I am very disappointed.

Quality of the rims is very average, poor mounting of the rear tire inner tube, cardboard packaging all broken and repackaged by the post office

The references do not match despite the contrary being stated on the site and the staff I spoke to on the phone turned out to be incompetent and particularly arrogant and unpleasant I will unfortunately not recommend your site, it's a shame because the parts sold are of good quality.

Deadline not always respected despite scheduled delivery emails!

In the description of the ordered tire, it was not noted that the inner tube was delivered with the tire. Now we have an extra inner tube that is sitting in a closet and risks being damaged when we need it. Too bad. Moreover, this represents, roughly, an additional cost of 20% of the tire price (which was no longer available on other sites). Otherwise, no problem, fast delivery and well packaged.

Fast delivery but I regret that 2 days after my purchase the motorcycle was 200 euros cheaper in a flash sale... and they didn't want to give me a discount voucher or anything to make me feel a little less disappointed on the pretext that it is not retroactive..

Carburetor spacer broke on first assembly

The mounting bracket of the original exhaust interferes with the installation of the TCS, had to make a bracket to avoid touching the latter. Model Appolo RFZ 150cc enduro, without this it has impeccable sound and operation

I bought a basic dirt bastos, I waited 2 months without having the product and the delivery date is still postponed so I called and they offered me a dirt MX for 900€ while the bastos cost 943€ to arrive at the same price they added about 40€ handling fees to align it with the starting price

Too bad my order is not complete

After several purchases at mini mx (3 bikes and some items) I am disappointed with my last order for this plastic kit... I received it incomplete, I made a complaint by phone and they brushed me off... it's only by email, so they sent me this part but it's not the right one, another issue with the fender received which is not identical to the original... And mini mx has no solution, really too bad because it's their bike and their product that is supposed to be compatible!! Sincerely disappointed with the after-sales service!!

1 package out of 2 delivered and no solution to date... the customer service has been waiting for the location of the package from the TNT delivery person since August 21... and the customer has to wait while the invoice has been cashed and the bike is unusable due to missing ordered parts since August 21.
