Very disappointed, I made a mistake in the order so I then contacted customer service by phone to change the first name and last name of my order because there was a typo from my autocorrect, customer service guaranteed me that the name and first name had been changed, but when I picked up my package it turned out that it had not been changed. I was very lucky because I proved that it was indeed my order with the emails received, disappointed I will not order from you again
