Order a bit long (out of stock), otherwise after that two ignition plate screws were missing that were ordered and in stock, however, after a brief phone call, they sent them to me!

Easy ordering. The site is quite well built. The choice is well present. You should think about grouping an order regarding shipping costs.

Hello, regarding the delivery, I did not receive the Teflon pad, a set of spacers is missing and the screw kit does not match the description. I therefore ask you to do what is necessary to complete my order

I am very surprised by the lack of responsiveness following the stock rupture of an item. No communication on this subject, I waited 7 days and after a call from me to be delivered, without the out-of-stock item. Too bad, but otherwise OK for everything else. It can happen but still!!!

No problem with the delivery I had ordered a chain kit in 420 but received the chain 6 of 428 so I am disappointed it doesn't work

The packaging was damaged. Unfortunately, it's not Mini MX's fault. It's a shame because the carburetor was also damaged, a big crack under the bowl up to the threading to change the jet, so it leaks. For the record, nothing to report.

I ordered a fuel tap. The seller provided details about the product but told nonsense. I asked to return the product but I have no news.

The colors are not the same as in the photos. The carrier is not doing their job, I received a message saying I was absent when I specifically took my afternoon off to be sure to be there for the receipt of the package.

Very big delivery delay! Ordered in April Delivery first announced for May 15, finally delivered on June 15!!! COVID passed by but long long long... no information without requests from my side. The gentleman is pleasant by chat but a woman who is unpleasant and lacks empathy in her responses would do better not to respond for fear of losing customers...

The delivery was 20 days late, understandable given the confinement conditions, but the package arrived damaged, the protective iron bar was bent, and the rear guard was crushed.

Regarding my order, overall it is correct and fast, 3 days between the order and receipt!!! For that, I would give 4 stars, but the problem is that the carburetor I bought needs to be adjusted, and for that, I need technical advice, and even after sending an email, I am still waiting for a callback!!! Too bad, this tarnishes the brand image... P.S.: I did try to get information by phone, but the nice ladies do not know enough about what I was asking...

Apart from the fact that at the time of the order the site was not up to date and that I ended up ordering a motorcycle that was out of stock (so 1 month to receive my motorcycle) quite happy with the customer service that responds quickly and the motorcycle is great I recommend! Make sure it is in stock! If not for this month of waiting 5* without hesitation

2 months of waiting to receive my dirt bike, on the site it's a misunderstanding, no email to know why there is a delay, the tracking is not up to date, forced to send messages to customer service twice a week to know when it arrives, the delivery was postponed by 1 month when it was supposed to arrive at the end of April beginning of May, I only received it on June 11. A lot of delay but the dirt bike works perfectly, very good quality

Received quickly, footpegs for pw80 that do not fit.. the rest is great.

I am disappointed with the choice of items; the best tires are always out of stock like most of the things I would like to order. And GPS delivery is really the worst way to get delivered, always at least a week's delay, and that's when they actually come by my place. 🙁

Hello everyone! For my part, there is not enough description for the parts (the dimensions are sometimes contradicted, for example on the search page to find a part among all the others there is a dimension marked in the title and when you go to the part description when you click on the part link the dimension is different! So problem upon receipt of the part. It's not easy to explain sorry if you didn't understand what I meant but otherwise the deliveries are top-notch!

Hello, some parts like the fuel hose are of average quality..I did not get a response for my broken accelerator cable after 5h20 of use..not very normal for a new machine.,and very poor customer follow-up on your part..
