Catastrophic, never received the order and to this day still no refund... If no refund or solution by Friday, I will block payment via Mastercard.

The chain roller does not fit on my CRZ, and the chain guide lost 3 screws on the first outing.. yet tightened upon receipt of the product.. and the gear selector was also lost on the first outing, yet tightened carefully as well

In a word CATASTROPHIC 3 orders placed and 3 problems First order Ref 0001196426, the tapered bearings were not the right ones, I returned them and I never received a refund... order N 2 ref 0001200251 never arrived and was returned to the sender for no reason... order n3 ref 0001199329 same as order number 2 I called to have my parts resent and apparently that is not possible. To date I have received no refunds. If by the end of the week I do not have a refund, I will block transactions via Mastercard. We can conclude that the service is deplorable, I strongly advise against this site

Disappointment, very long delivery time additional payment for express delivery 24/48h not blocked on their site despite the move. After calling after 15 days, I was told that my parts would be shipped on Monday without fail received Friday (5 days later) total delay 3 weeks!!! Not very serious .....

The site is great, but the stock management needs improvement as there are too many out-of-stock items, and the items in the cart should be saved because every time I reconnect to my account, the items disappear
