I don't know if it's Minimix's responsibility or the post office's, but I only received my package yesterday, February 2, 2021. I had chosen the Leclerc relay, but I don't know why my package ended up at a post office depot that opens from 9:30 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 4 PM, which is not practical at all when you work.

Received tire not compliant with what was presented on the product sheet. Shipping costs not refunded, return costs at my expense. Expected refund: 5€ out of the 25€ spent. The tire went to the trash. Customer service is naive and needs to be taught the trade, a nice bunch of amateurs on this point. I do not recommend.
