Exchange of item when I received it

The site is very good but the delivery is not great because my rim was damaged

Carburetor received quickly, the surprise is that the jets are not stamped with their numbers. It feels a bit like a kinder surprise 😉 Waiting for customer service to obtain this information.

Mediocre packaging, scratched motorcycle lift, extra fast delivery but very mediocre packaging quality

Dirt bike delivered in 11 days instead of the expected 48 to 72 hours. The bike arrived in its metallic frame damaged. Due to the carrier and MiniMX. No address was on the delivery note, just a name and a city (good luck finding the driver) so after worrying and with the tracking number I managed to deal with DB Schenker but the bike arrived damaged, the upper fork tube was broken and the deco kit was damaged with the fixing bracket bent. After a phone call and 3 follow-up emails still no news. Hoping that things will move after this 3rd follow-up.

Very disappointed with my last order, the motorcycle lift is missing the tray and a Molkt 26 carburetor is missing the mixture screw, impossible to use it and they don't sell the screw separately

Hello, very good quality product but there is a lot of out of stock. Unfortunately

I opened the package which was damaged and while assembling the bike I discovered that the front brake disc was warped and that the handlebars were bent. The seat height is not correct either, it measures 78cm instead of 83cm

Navigation on the site is simple, contact with customer service is quite easy (they replied to my email within the day), the big downside is the carrier (here for me Schenker) no news from them since the order was sent (invalid tracking). You should better change carriers for large future deliveries (many negative reviews about this one). You will lose many customers because of this.

Order well received just missing the spark plug c7hsa so I had to buy a spark plug on the order I made just after so I paid for the spark plug twice

The carrier GLS is a problem.

The deadlines were respected, the package well packaged, the only downside is that there is no fixing collar with the silencer, too bad....

Delivery time of 72h respected. Ordered products received in good condition. Points to improve: more detailed description on the website: 1) for the rear wheel axle: no information on the length of the axle and the length of the ordered axle is 20 mm longer than that of the original axle. 2) for the aluminum chain tensioners: width 2 mm smaller than that of the original part. Hence the necessity to 'DIY' more than expected...

For the help by message, some people are too hasty and for the commercial gesture to see! !!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like that when I place an order, the items are well packaged. I received my brake kit not even wrapped, filled with brake oil, etc., not organized, the glasses box torn a bit disappointed for an order over 200€ a minimum would be welcome especially since I ordered a poster and received it torn very disappointed

Delivery on time

A product that was not available after the order was not communicated to me by email, just a refund via PayPal. I discovered this during the delivery which was long compared to the competition. Hence a waste of time to order the part on another site and a delay for the reassembly of my motorcycle. Lack of follow-up after the order....

Very good, simple and efficient navigation, only regret I ordered 2 minutes after spokes in 14 on minimx also order 1132628 and I had to pay a second shipping fee of 6.50€ for spokes worth about 2.50€, too bad the merchant does not realize more about the orders placed and at that moment makes a refund/credit or commercial gesture...

Motorcycle for my son ordered on 15/04, marked in stock on the site and delivery in 48/72h. A few minutes after the order, an email informs me of the stock shortage! Not very serious... To this day, despite an exchange with customer service, they cannot give me a delivery time, still not received! If I had known about the stock shortage contrary to what the site indicated, I would have looked elsewhere... not great, apart from the quick response from customer service, misleading about stock and delivery time.

I ordered several parts... even due to confinement we waited a week, still nothing, so I decided to call your service, who told me they had to cancel my order because a part was missing (which was indeed in stock on the site). After that, the order preparation resumed, so I deduce that if I hadn't called, I would still be waiting... I find that very poor from MiniMX and from now on I will go to Small MX.

The items I ordered arrived damaged, with signs of scratches and wear... Thank you for taking care of your items regarding your customers! I will not order from you again! You have lost a customer!

When I received my order, some items were missing because they were not in stock! Yet on the site they were in stock, no contact to tell me that my order would not be complete. In short, not a great experience...
