Satisfied with the product in general, however not at all satisfied with the shipping as the product was ordered on May 6 and received 1 month later even though we still paid 50 euros for shipping fees.

Order placed and shipped within the expected timeframe. I called customer service with a question and they responded promptly. I recommend!

Order delivered quickly. Carrier was great and the packaging of the package was very good. I just need to assemble the motorcycle and test it, but for now, perfect. I recommend.

The shipping is fast it's really good

I am delighted with the bike I received, the website is very well designed, the experience was almost perfect. But I have a slight reservation about the delivery conditions... the delivery person did not deliver the package claiming that "the customer was absent" whereas the package was to be delivered to a store that was open. I therefore had to go pick up the package from the carrier... given the price of delivery, I found that inappropriate.

I am disappointed with this experience. I ordered a motorcycle for my son's birthday that was supposed to be delivered on June 2 or 3. I received it today, June 8. Knowing that we pay €50 for shipping, etc., and no commercial gesture was offered considering the delivery delay. As for the motorcycle, very good motorcycle received in perfect condition. But really, the delivery times need to be reviewed.
