I am disappointed to have received my package in duplicate as well as the invoice which has been paid twice and the difficulty in filling out a return merchandise slip on the site, moreover the shipping costs remain at my expense. Of course when I return to my profile in my orders, everything indicates that the product was ordered only once with only one invoice. Where does the error come from, who decided to double my order and invoice?
After checking you indeed have two orders with two payments, do not hesitate to return it to us for a refund, we cover the return costs in case we make a mistake, unfortunately we cannot offer the return of packages....

Very disappointed with the customer service. I bought a new fork from them (after several quite expensive orders). I received the fork damaged. After an email to customer service, I received a voucher of 5€. I wonder if this is a joke…
CRZ vehicle type electric motorcycle for children of poor quality. The nuts holding the handlebar clamps were missing. The shock absorber supports were not aligned and there is a misalignment between the electric motor output sprocket and the rear wheel crown.
If you are not ready to accept criticism, do not ask for people's opinions.
We obviously accept criticism and we thank you for taking the time to post a review, however we do not understand the essence of your comment, what criticism can you provide?
The purpose of leaving a review is to be aware of our customers' feedback in order to improve, you will understand that in some cases this is impossible, for example: Delivering on a public holiday is impossible for us.

Very disappointed because the site indicates that this air filter sleeve is made for Apollo RXF 190 whereas this is not the case. No photo of the product on the site to confirm that it is the right part! So I do not recommend this site!!

Received damaged oil radiator, grilles and radiator fins bent and dented. And also €1600 of order and shipping costs at our expense, nothing at all, and again if you click on the Carbon cartridge you receive the gray, there is a small problem with the photo.

I should have received my order since last Saturday, today is Wednesday, the carrier reschedules my delivery every time....
And it's because I can't put 0. Customer service absent, the package was never delivered. No response from them despite reminders by email, a pity for an item over 200€. I hope to hear back before I have to share my misadventure on social media.. Too bad to have to get to that point
Product well received but does not work
Order of a motorcycle announced as “in stock” with delivery within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Result? More than three weeks of waiting, no information, and a delivery now announced in a month, because documents are missing… documents that I was never informed I had to provide. Non-existent customer service: no communication, no transparency. I had to call them myself from Switzerland (at my expense) to learn that the motorcycle was actually out of stock, despite the “available” indication on the site. The cherry on top: their site even displayed the order as “delivered” when it was stuck in customs. Result: spoiled birthday gift for my little brother. No solution proposed, no compensation, nothing. Avoid if you are looking for a serious site. This kind of practice borders on false advertising.

You sold me a motorcycle that was not in stock while it is still displayed as in stock on your website, I had to add 150€ to get another one that I didn't necessarily like. Your seller promised me an engine oil can that I never saw, not to mention the very disappointing delivery time from mini mx

Loyal customer since always with numerous purchases such as dirt / fork etc. Last order was a new fork arrived damaged in all corners with a faulty thread, I ask for a commercial gesture and they offer me 20€ (I find that shameful) and they don't care that I have bought many items etc., even if it means losing me for the modest sum of 20€. I could not return it because it was mandatory for me to be able to ride with it, in short, you have lost a good customer for 20€
