No because the exhaust pipe for my son's motorcycle is not the right one and there is no precision. I was told that the right one is out of stock and not indicated or mentioned on the site. Disappointed.
The Pit bike arrived with scratches on various mechanical components and the stickers were all crooked and full of air bubbles

I received the quad already the ungrateful disrespectful delivery man, I assemble the quad and I don't have enough washers for the front wheels, the finish makes you wonder if it wasn't a child who placed it crookedly, the air bubbles are everywhere to be direct the finish barely holds and to top it off a pool of gasoline in my garage because it has no fuel tap really disappointed
Delivery times too long on everything in pre-order then disappointed customer service the chain of my quad derailed in less than 24 hours I contacted them that it was not normal then they sent me a video of a tutorial that is 10 years old and that the quad in question in the video has no link with the new quads of today they should improve the preparations of the quad before shipping and also the customer service aside from that the quad works very well sure no problem.

Hello package half open motorcycle lying on its side and I did not receive the gift sticker
Following my order I sent a complaint to which I have not yet received a response. Overall very satisfied except for a stand that I cannot mount because it was poorly welded. It would be appreciated to note that it is sold with its spring and screw because I ended up buying those for nothing.
Delivery ok but shipping and return costs are very high to the point that if the part does not fit, we prefer to keep it…

Motorcycle arrived with stains on the seat, the plastic/deco kit protections removed as well as traces of assembly on the handlebars. No response from customer service since, it's a shame.

Your motorcycle has traces of assembly on the handlebars because your motorcycle is 100% assembled at the factory for all safety tests, tightening the clamp on a handlebar marks the aluminum from the assembly.
The minor stains on your seat are only related to dust from transport and the packaging of your Motocross.
We have submitted your request to CRZ but they can proceed with the changes of parts if it does not involve a major defect or breakage.

Good but wheel arrived flat
Well received, but does not fit on 125 ycf pilot 2013, had to reuse the old support and cut the rod at the master cylinder and redo the threading

The delivery was fast
The wheel arrived in good condition the only problem is I rode for 3 hours and the inner tube has already gone flat I don't understand
To avoid quick punctures on certain terrains, it may be essential to install a wheel gripster opposite the valve of the inner tube to prevent punctures at the valve (tearing)

The quality is top-notch however several problems the stickers are poorly stuck in some places of the fairing and I also paid 50€ for delivery to receive it in 48 hours but in the end, I received it in 1 week so not great but otherwise the motorcycle itself is very good perfect

The site is good, nothing to say, but the delivery took more than a week and while assembling the bike, I realized that some parts were already scratched and damaged. I would have liked to have a small compensation, but the motorcycle is running, that's the main thing.

Problem with some received parts
The motorcycle works very well, easy to assemble, however, be careful with the accelerator cable that gets stuck when you turn the handlebars to the right... it becomes uncontrollable.. cut the zip tie holding the cable lower and put another one higher without tightening it. Otherwise, for now, it works and my 10-year-old son is delighted.. a bit too powerful for him though..
Missing the fuel tap, yet the finishes need to be reviewed but the compatibility is good to buy if you have a compatible fuel tap
The finish for the assembly
I ordered a 150 yx cylinder head that arrived with a damaged gasket, so impossible to mount it, I had to return it, I requested an exchange and ended up with a refund, 3 days lost, not too happy
I waited a while to receive it, but minimx always answered my questions. I am just disappointed that there are no spare parts for the 150 xduro 2025 model sold by them.
Several times I had difficulty contacting customer service, they told me the motorcycle would arrive at their depot on that date and in the end it arrived two weeks later at their depot, and for the delivery of the motorcycle I did not have much follow-up and news after that and on the day of delivery at my place, the delivery person left because it was impossible to move the motorcycle which was all the way at the back of the truck with lots of pallets and other things in front, so because of that the delivery person left with it, I tried to contact him, no news, no rescheduled delivery, so I am still waiting, frankly disappointing.

Packages received well, however, I did not receive the stored items that were supposed to be included in the order. Then I received the engine with the ignition connections broken, so I had to redo them. The package was supposed to arrive 48 hours after ordering, I received it a week later without any news about my order, I had to call to find out.

Stock not up to date, be careful and ask the people on the site if the motorcycle you want is really available! And for the delivery tracking, it's not great, I had to call the warehouse myself and the motorcycle had arrived without me knowing. But otherwise, I'm not disappointed with the motorcycle, it's good products.
Item conforms for the purchase of a Kayo 50 cm3 motorcycle.. The delay is a bit long, 1 month and a half. But when you know it, it doesn't bother you. The advisors are top-notch!! Always listening and trying to find a solution.. The only downside is that the motorcycle was delivered without a technical manual...
