I have not received my item

Site is good just my kick is not usable when I received it thank you for doing what is necessary

Delivery within the deadline but not the correct caliper spacing. Nevertheless, received with some dents already while it should be new.

Mixed for the moment order placed more than a week ago, no news no package tracking. Waiting

Many defects on the ordered items!!

Hello, the delay is great, nothing to change, but on the product I ordered an Apollo rim for 90€ and the rim was rusted, the valve of the inner tube is not straight enough for my part on this rim.

Not satisfied with the plastic kit, quality and in the article it was stated that we could choose the color of the front plate and I did not receive the one requested. Moreover, the front plate delivered is not the one shown in the article photos

Ignition not complete

Did not want to change the tire size ordered by mistake. I called before the order was prepared and was told we can do nothing, you can refuse the package or send the tire back at your expense and you will be refunded within a maximum of 45 days. I admit I took it a bit badly especially the way it was said to me even if I can understand the complexity of my request during the Covid19 confinement.

Average, I made an express order to receive super urgent parts.. only to finally receive all the other parts except.. the urgent part.. which is the engine of a dirt bike.. I am disappointed..

Faster delivery than expected. Too bad I received a 16-tooth sprocket when ordering a 13-tooth sprocket...

Hello, I am quite disappointed because the valve I received is not red but orange and in my previous order I still have not received my oil that I ordered for 15€. I would like compensation.

Faded or discolored fairings. But fast delivery.

A part of my order was not in the box that was delivered to me, after calling customer service they should contact me again after verification, 3/4 weeks later no news... Fast delivery and good quality/price ratio of the parts but customer service is very average!! I hope to hear from you soon...

I give an average review because the site itself, the delivery, as well as most of the items are very good but the coating of the clutch cable is peeling off so I am not very happy with this item but the rest is very good thanks for the gifts (stickers and poster)

I really don't like the fact that I can't prepare a cart in advance to order it later, as soon as I put items in my cart if I want to add one a week later before ordering I have to start over because the cart is not saved on my account big black mark for me which makes me take away 2 stars otherwise perfect for the rest fast delivery quality products lack a bit of availability on some products but satisfied overall if you can fix this cart problem I would recommend and change the rating given. Usually very happy, but here I noticed just after the end of an order that I was missing something, I immediately placed my second order and immediately wrote to the minimix team to warn them to try to make only one package for my order to avoid shipping costs for 2 orders and not to waste an extra box unnecessarily. (sent my email at 10 PM on 27/02/2020) response email on 28/02/2020 at 12:09: "Hello, the packages have already been prepared and taken over by the carrier." too bad...
