The order in question was placed on 23/9, shipped on 24/9 and still not delivered to this day. Please provide me with a more precise answer than the one given via chat which, on several occasions, could not provide a favorable response to my request. I don't care to know where the malfunction is. My order and its payment were made properly, I hereby request a delivery as soon as possible or a full refund of my order.

I bought a basic dirt bastos, I waited 2 months without having the product and the delivery date is still postponed so I called and they offered me a dirt MX for 900€ while the bastos cost 943€ to arrive at the same price they added about 40€ handling fees to align it with the starting price
