The ignition mounted and set works well but the CDI has restricted my ignition at full throttle on 140cc so backfire galore at the exhaust for the price of the pack it sucks...

I received a defective racing CDI I had to wait to receive another one, some stickers would have been nice as compensation

Order corresponding to my request then fast but quite disappointed with the quality of the products I received the rim with chipped paint and small pieces of rust on my crown

Very good site for ordering, it's the delivery that posed a problem.... the order dates from February 9th I received it on the 13th... received 1 SMS on the 10th to say delivery on the 11th... then another on the 11th to postpone the delivery to the 12th... I waited all day to actually be delivered on the 13th... Not great at all

1st order missing metal clip for hose Noted 2 clips in the order.. 2nd order a chain kit sprocket crown, it was not noted the sprocket lock I ordered one and in fact if in the chain kits there is also the sprocket lock, result I have a sprocket lock that is useless... so quite mixed on my 2 orders.

Satisfied with the product however on the product information I am unhappy

The rim is of very good quality problem lack of information on the product's adaptability.

In the description of the sprocket it is indicated that the attachment is not sold with it, so I ordered an attachment (for nothing) because when it arrived there was the attachment with the sprocket. The free stickers were missing.

I don't have the attachments for the cartridge and the cartridges have play when I put them with the weird po and I have to buy collar 2 and legs to join at the price I paid the po not even you put them for me as it should be planned.

The uni filter does not fit my Minuki 26 mm carb too small....!

Following a missing part, customer service found a good replacement solution, fast delivery, top notch. The only downside is the new dirt rims that do not run true at all even after a truing adjustment, not a problem for cross riding with knobby tires but not acceptable for the use I wanted to make with road tires for circuit riding. So, rim still in the boxes that will never be mounted

The site lacks details for some parts it cost me a fortune for a simple oil filter and moreover the error comes from you because it is poorly detailed and moreover I have to pay for the return

The specialty of Mini Mx: Replaced some of your branded products ordered with 'generic' products. Or even forgot the spacers, screws and other small accessories necessary for the future assembly of your parts. So that you can place another order with what is missing. So do not rely on the visuals or brand of the products on the Mini Mx site. Because there is a strong chance that you will not receive the same.

Order placed on January 30, I paid more to have it on Monday, February 3, and finally I received it this Friday, February 7. Please refund me for the shipping costs.

Navigation on the site is impeccable, order arrived in about 48 hours, moderately satisfied with the received parts... In the clutch + brake lever pack, the two levers are not the same, the clutch lever has play in the supplied perch, which actually broke during tightening... The clutch cable listed as 920mm on the site is actually a 900mm on the cable pouch and is finally a 940 on the delivery note, resulting in a cable that is too short.... The red CLD handle seems to be quite resistant, as well as the 13mm kick type origin.

Technical service is not very efficient and does not meet expectations.

I ordered a handlebar that arrived bent and scratched.

Poor quality parts (at the same time for the price I did not expect better). Air filter does not hold to its sleeve. Soft plastic fuel filter -> impossible to mount. Hoses that are not standard sizes -> impossible to mount.

I ordered rim protectors to dismantle my wheels, completely useless purchase as they were pierced from the first use and worse damaged rim for the occasion... I didn't put 'very bad' because minimx responded quickly by offering me a 5% discount on my next order... but still not happy with this purchase.

Good quality parts for what I ordered in any case... However, after-sales service to be seen.... Standard response for a complaint.. They make me take photos and create a complaint file only to finally tell me that they will not replace the defective item because it is a gift.... Might as well not give a gift in that case, my son is disappointed.

Delivery time too long. Delivery location not easy or impossible to modify.

Contact ok, delivery service and motorcycle protection for delivery excellent, however the fuel filter was broken and the chain broke after only 10-15 minutes of riding.

Good site but some parts too fragile.

I was supposed to receive my package in 24/48h but nothing after 3 days. I called customer service and they told me that I had requested a used red handlebar but there were none left. So the person on the phone offered me another color and I approved. I received my order 24 hours later and there I see the handlebar that I had requested first. No commercial gesture, no message to inform me of the situation, in short.... Not correct.

The site is quite complete, nothing to say.

Good. Fast but the quality of the cylinder head could be better. There is a lack of precision on the model of the camshaft and the type of distribution gear that goes with it. This would avoid unpleasant surprises.

I did not receive any confirmation email or shipping notice for the package.
