After several purchases at mini mx (3 bikes and some items) I am disappointed with my last order for this plastic kit... I received it incomplete, I made a complaint by phone and they brushed me off... it's only by email, so they sent me this part but it's not the right one, another issue with the fender received which is not identical to the original... And mini mx has no solution, really too bad because it's their bike and their product that is supposed to be compatible!! Sincerely disappointed with the after-sales service!!

1 package out of 2 delivered and no solution to date... the customer service has been waiting for the location of the package from the TNT delivery person since August 21... and the customer has to wait while the invoice has been cashed and the bike is unusable due to missing ordered parts since August 21.

Choice of spare parts but lacks clarity on the product composition, e.g., rear wheel axle delivered with spacer and once delivered without spacer?! The photo does not necessarily represent what you order... so you have to ask them questions, which they do respond to within 24 hours maximum.
