I still have not received my order it is supposedly lost

I found the packaging a bit light, especially the piston box which was completely open when I opened the package, for parts like that you still need quality packaging... otherwise nothing to say the products are delivered quickly nonetheless.

PRICE, FAST AND PERFECT DELIVERY. QUALITY JUSTIFIED BY THE PRICE, BUT THE NEW HANDLEBAR IS ALL DAMAGED AND THE DECAL KIT THE SEAT COVER WAS REPRESENTED BUT NOT IN THE KIT.

The first one was good but the second box poorly packed the parts at the bottom and the paper on top not very well protected otherwise the first one was perfect and fast

Very efficient, they must work even on Sundays since ordered on Saturday around 8 PM on Monday at 8 AM it is impossible to cancel an order since it is supposedly prepared and it is not possible to go back on your order. Otherwise material ok

The site is pleasant and well detailed

Not all parts are available. I received parts that were not the right ones despite the order placed with a seller for advice. However, we still highlight the availability of the staff whether in-store or administrative commercial, the fluidity of the website and the wide choice. The delivery is impeccable.

Part in perfect condition, however, delivering a part that fits in an envelope and having it delivered in a box with shipping costs around 7€ I find that very limited! Otherwise part conforms to the description.

Product received damaged because a screw fell

Package refused by myself, cracked engine.

Quite disappointed with the dirt bike as well as all the parts purchased because it remains cheap stuff, the screws are of pathetic quality. I specify that I bought several parts and consumables because it leaks everywhere, the screws strip one after the other. I do not recommend

Good overall but if you put the invoice in the package it would avoid a delivery notice to the recipient. For me, it's the second time for my order to Reunion. Apart from the invoice issue, good site, good price, and good product.

I am moderately satisfied with my order because the product description is not accurate. The photo of the sprocket shows the presence of the sprocket lock, but it is not present in the package, which forced me to place a new order. During this new order, I took a lock and a screw kit, and again there was a mistake: the screws were included with the lock. Result, a screw kit bought for nothing and additional shipping costs...

There is not enough choice regarding boots (cross) but the prices and quality are there!!!

They charge a delivery fee of €6.90 for a 2kg package when the item weighs less than 500g and could have cost less....

Very good product, after ordering no confirmation email for validated order after 3 days I checked the site which showed payment issue while my account had been debited, the issue was resolved quickly!!!

Effort needed on delivery to overseas territories, otherwise very good site.

Good product, however at the time of ordering we were told delivery in 48h-72h, received 8 days later! No link for package tracking, we called customer service to express our dissatisfaction and were told: you ordered a motorcycle, not a pair of shoes, it doesn't get delivered like that!

I am disappointed because on your site I had selected 428 16-tooth output sprockets in 17mm, as well as 428 17-tooth in 17mm, mentioned on your site; next to the photo, I was delivered sprockets in 20mm; therefore not mountable; the delivery did not match my initial cart; I will not return to your site...
