Everything was perfect until the moment the delivery person didn't bother to come to my home and preferred to drop it off at a relay point, claiming that I wasn't there. Obviously, I was at home waiting for my package impatiently. I paid €10 for shipping to have it delivered to my home in 24 hours because I don't have a driver's license. I had to find a way to go pick it up. I don't find that very fair, especially when I paid €10 for shipping. I would like a gesture from you.

I have absolutely nothing to say about MiniMx, except that the service is ROYAL! I place all my orders with them, deliveries are fast and careful. I want to add that the customer service is great, I had one issue and they resolved it without any problems in a short time! 10/10 from my side!
