The motorcycle has a problem with acceleration, turning the handlebars to the left makes the motorcycle accelerate on its own even though the cable tension is good. By the way, just upon receipt I should have understood that it was going to be chaotic. The delivery person left the motorcycle on the road while my mother is oxygen-dependent and did not even want to bring it into the hall even for a tip. Unpleasant delivery service to avoid.

Regarding the delivery, unfortunately, the delivery passing through the SCHENKER company, we cannot intervene on the friendliness or behavior of individuals within their structure and subcontractors, we can only apologize for the lack of civility of this person and the lack of understanding.
We opt for delivery with an appointment to be able to organize the delivery while taking into account individual constraints.

Satisfied with reservations: Bank transfer received in 3 days so that's ok. Product conforms to my order. (Except the derestriction part of a SurRon Light Bee, the site indicates that it is derestrictable but the latest models are no longer...) Customer service responds every time in less than 5 minutes it's perfect. However, the items marked "in stock shipped within 48h" are not always... For my part, the parts were not yet delivered to their warehouse and after that too many orders to send so shipment further delayed.
