Good overall but if you put the invoice in the package it would avoid a delivery notice to the recipient. For me, it's the second time for my order to Reunion. Apart from the invoice issue, good site, good price, and good product.

I am moderately satisfied with my order because the product description is not accurate. The photo of the sprocket shows the presence of the sprocket lock, but it is not present in the package, which forced me to place a new order. During this new order, I took a lock and a screw kit, and again there was a mistake: the screws were included with the lock. Result, a screw kit bought for nothing and additional shipping costs...

There is not enough choice regarding boots (cross) but the prices and quality are there!!!

They charge a delivery fee of €6.90 for a 2kg package when the item weighs less than 500g and could have cost less....

Very good product, after ordering no confirmation email for validated order after 3 days I checked the site which showed payment issue while my account had been debited, the issue was resolved quickly!!!

Effort needed on delivery to overseas territories, otherwise very good site.

Good product, however at the time of ordering we were told delivery in 48h-72h, received 8 days later! No link for package tracking, we called customer service to express our dissatisfaction and were told: you ordered a motorcycle, not a pair of shoes, it doesn't get delivered like that!

I am disappointed because on your site I had selected 428 16-tooth output sprockets in 17mm, as well as 428 17-tooth in 17mm, mentioned on your site; next to the photo, I was delivered sprockets in 20mm; therefore not mountable; the delivery did not match my initial cart; I will not return to your site...

The cut-off switch received was not the same as the one in the photo, I had to wire it differently because I did not have time to return it. It is unpleasant to receive another brand when during the order it is clearly marked YCF! Disappointing compared to my first order

The engine arrived in 2 days, problem at reception a casing of the engine is exploded, it has been 1 week since I have been waiting for after-sales service to return the engine, still no email, I am losing patience very very bad customer service!

Ordered what we see in the photo but ended up with exactly the same items as in the photo but which ultimately do not even go together + a packaging that is MORE than questionable, a box with bits of 'protection' paper to 'cushion' the elements but which ultimately has plenty of room to go all around the box or even come out and no bubble wrap, So to conclude we receive a pot that is not compatible when it should be and with non-existent packaging we end up with a scratched, damaged set. I recommend neither the item nor the site. First and last visit.

I should have been called regarding a delivery problem, but no one did.

Long delivery times, order placed on the 11th, for a delivery (currently being restocked at MiniMX) on the 15th, received the motorcycle 15 days later, so almost a month of waiting.
