A shame! The item received is not the right one. Responses by email next to the plate, 30 minutes to reach customer service by phone, no commercial gesture. When I explain that the tire received is not suitable for the terrain, I feel like the person on the other side doesn't even know what a tire is. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to tell me what to do with my tire since the mistake is on their side.

The cable is quite good, everything is normal and adjustable, but only the colored plastic coating does not hold...

2 compatible exhaust lines with our frames were ordered, none fit!! Response from customer service: remove the heat shield..... as if that would magically make it fit.... we are far from the mark so almost 100 euros wasted.

A bit disappointed and the dirt works less well with these supposedly high-performance parts... and good assembly because I am an automotive mechanic.

Problem with the cylinder head cover, the dimensions given do not match and the same with the air filter! I was able to adapt the filter but for the cylinder head it's impossible because it does not match!
