Processing time for order before shipping very long. Mentioned on the site arrival on 15/06 = shipped only on July 2. Received on July 3 because the delivery person reorganized his route to deliver to me (thanks to him). Call received from their sales service following the shipment (02/07) because I chose a payment method in installments. Extremely surprised because the person told me if you change accounts or do not pay, there will be legal action.... uh okay thanks but I know I can pay I just paid in 3 installments to spread the expense while selling the old motorcycle. One has to justify oneself.... The person called me in the end just for that! Information on order tracking and shipping insufficient = lack of precision; however very good responsiveness on contact via chat, email, and phone, waiting time quite short.

Motorcycle conforms to the description, quality product, just missing an assembly manual upon delivery (thankfully the internet exists....), the most unfortunate is the delivery which took 11 days after ordering !!!!! Otherwise satisfied with my first MiniMx experience.

Satisfied with products but not at all with the after-sales telephone service indeed having had a problem at the time of my order and it having been canceled, I called the next day to customer service, well I had a completely rude person: "if you are not happy it is not my problem... you can refuse your package ... too bad if you do not give us good publicity.." this is quite unfortunate, I myself having been in business for over 20 years I think you have a lot to improve on that side!! Today there are many online sales sites and we must satisfy a customer and not send them elsewhere!! Especially since I also ordered a motorcycle on your site (15 days ago and still no delivery warning!!!) thank you for your understanding in the face of my disappointment

Order received quickly
The main part (YCF oil recovery engine guard) of my (2nd) order arrived broken in an intact package... Twisted and cracked mounting brackets. I was initially suggested to try to mount it as is, which annoyed me a bit. A customer should receive a new part and not one that needs to be worked on, I believe this is a significant fault of the after-sales service. Following this expression of dissatisfaction, I was sent a prepaid return label as well as a form to fill out for the defective part. That being said, I will miss my first riding day in SM because I was sent a part in poor condition and I cannot be satisfied with that.
The outlet is on the left and not on the right as in the photo too bad for this gross error so it does not fit on my tank
You forgot to send me the stickers
I received the broken fairings fortunately I only wanted the mudguard plus I had ordered a fuel tap type KLX 110 which was not in the package but was well invoiced
The parts do not match the photos on the site
Rather good except that there is no scalvini sticker as in the photo and there is no spring plus a small hit in the carbon
To see during the next order because first order I did not know this site I still spent almost 400€ without having a warranty unfortunately intake pipe broken we will see if customer service will send me my part this time in good condition

My first order no problem for my dirt bike but for my daughter's it does not start so I will reevaluate my judgment after the resolution of the problem by customer service

Good site, top customer service, the only downside is the delivery time. For my part, I chose 24h delivery with DB Schenker, and in the end, it was Geodis who delivered my order 6 working days later. The only negative point for me.

Disappointed because the brand new coil burned out as soon as I started it.
It would be good to consider offering another ignition coil as an option because this one is not the right one, and to offer a starter instead of the screw because this screw is not waterproof and lets engine oil pass. Thank you for taking this criticism into account. P.S.: This message is not to bother you, but there are two types of connections for ignition coils. Have a nice day.

I am testing MiniMX for the first time, already disappointed by other providers, I remain moderately satisfied. Delivery of a chain kit with half a quick link is not very practical and the delivery time is too long.

I think the products are of good quality, but a mounting and adjustment service should be offered with a contribution for the purchase of dirt bikes. My best friend and I both bought the same dirt bike, but his is impossible to adjust.
