My first order no problem for my dirt bike but for my daughter's it does not start so I will reevaluate my judgment after the resolution of the problem by customer service

Good site, top customer service, the only downside is the delivery time. For my part, I chose 24h delivery with DB Schenker, and in the end, it was Geodis who delivered my order 6 working days later. The only negative point for me.

Very good site for sales in terms of quality/price and advice, however once the purchase is made it is better not to have any questions to ask, I hope not to need after-sales service.

Disappointed because the brand new coil burned out as soon as I started it.

It would be good to consider offering another ignition coil as an option because this one is not the right one, and to offer a starter instead of the screw because this screw is not waterproof and lets engine oil pass. Thank you for taking this criticism into account. P.S.: This message is not to bother you, but there are two types of connections for ignition coils. Have a nice day.

I am testing MiniMX for the first time, already disappointed by other providers, I remain moderately satisfied. Delivery of a chain kit with half a quick link is not very practical and the delivery time is too long.

I think the products are of good quality, but a mounting and adjustment service should be offered with a contribution for the purchase of dirt bikes. My best friend and I both bought the same dirt bike, but his is impossible to adjust.

Regarding the shipment of orders, nothing to say as it was fast and well packaged, however, I am really disappointed with their rims which I will not recommend anymore because they have an internal noise from welding burrs that moves when they turn. After 3 returns and 2 exchanges, the problem remains the same because I think all their stock is identical. I decided to keep it and will see how I can remove what is moving inside. I did not request a refund because I absolutely needed it. A shame for this dissatisfaction that could not be resolved, as I usually order other items from them without problems, but apparently, that is not the case for everything.

Everything could have been perfect without the omission of a part in my order; otherwise, everything was fine, customer service is responsive and efficient. A shame for the missing part, but mistakes are human 😉

Great selection but for my first order I had some small problems.

You can find everything you want but delivery is too long ordered on the 6th and it's the 9th and still nothing even though I paid €6 for delivery

Just missing the fork protectors to be top .. and also the package with a pierced bottom which caused the loss of one of the two fixings for the front plate ..

Very good however I regret that there are not more details regarding the mudguard because at no time is it specified that it is a 110cc mudguard so it does not fit my son's 50. And returning it will cost me as much as keeping it ...(
