Navigation on the site is simple, contact with customer service is quite easy (they replied to my email within the day), the big downside is the carrier (here for me Schenker) no news from them since the order was sent (invalid tracking). You should better change carriers for large future deliveries (many negative reviews about this one). You will lose many customers because of this.

Points to improve: more detailed description on the website: 1) for the rear wheel axle: no information on the length of the axle and the length of the ordered axle is 20 mm longer than that of the original axle. 2) for the aluminum chain tensioners: width 2 mm smaller than that of the original part. Hence the necessity to 'DIY' more than expected...
