Order placed on April 18 for a pre-order scheduled for May 15 was postponed to June, an email to notify was sent, delivery date expected from the delivery person is June 5 but still waiting, hoping for a commercial gesture.

This is my second order with Mini MX, the first for a 300s light and the second for performance parts and supermot wheels, responsive and friendly customer service, quality products, you can go there with your eyes closed.

Following a purchase on the Minimx site for a Probike 300cc SX motocross I received it well after a week but the cardboard packaging was almost torn everywhere as if someone had looked inside... The motocross weighing 117kg was delivered on a half-damaged pallet and not even wrapped (no support). When the delivery person showed up in front of me for the delivery he even pointed out to his supervisor that the box was damaged everywhere and that the customer (me) might not accept the package... So upon receipt I had to open with the delivery person the little packaging that was still holding to check the state of the motocross... The delivery person admitted to me that the motorcycle had fallen several times in his truck because it was not strapped... Is that normal? I don't think so... I accepted the package because I didn't notice anything until the assembly... scratched fork and at the frame level the footpeg location twisted... I am sure that the motorcycle fell on that side. Anyway, otherwise good motorcycle very bad packaging and especially very very bad delivery person

Very good site and friendly and competent seller! Only downside: the motorcycle I wanted in 12/10 inches for my 5-year-old daughter (115cm, she is already tall and experienced for her age) was described on the site with the same dimensions as the larger motorcycle in 14/12 inches... The seller contacted by phone confirmed to me that it was indeed an error on their site and that I could rely on the displayed dimensions for the equivalent motorcycle of an equivalent brand!

I received them in 4 days and frankly it's great nothing is damaged and perfectly arranged

THANK YOU MiniMX - I received a first defective ignition plate, but no one could know that, and which unfortunately burned the CDI (I informed them when I contacted them) after mounting it and trying to start. As usual Mini MX managed it, they sent a new ignition plate, which works wonderfully 🙂 Thanks to Mini MX who really delivers, they have a great customer service, and on top of that they offered me a new CDI, without me asking. You are the BEST, Thank you. David.

Deadlines respected more or less! Motorcycle very well packaged and no damage noticed on the package. I recommend!! Let's see over time what it gives but for now impeccable. The assembly for the 250ERZ PRO is done with 3, it's more comfortable to lift the motorcycle

Motorcycle 300s received very well packaged assembly quite simple for those in the know. Works very well for a dirt bike. Small delivery delay but overall everything is correct.
