I ordered a 1000w electric motorcycle. Received 1 week after the order. There was a problem with the assembly instructions I called customer service to help me assemble and start it. They responded quickly to my problem. The motorcycle is assembled and works. So far I am not disappointed with the service.

The delivery is not fast enough, it says 48 hours to 72, I waited more than 8 days while I ordered 2 motorcycles for almost 3000 euros.

Fast delivery but catastrophic. The delivery person indicates to be there either 8 hours before the scheduled time because I chose a very precise delivery slot, moreover he was not in the right city so I had to move after having him on the phone saying he was waiting for me. Once arrived at the location I waited nearly 2 hours before he came back while he was supposed to be there 5 minutes after my arrival. The communication was very complicated because they did not understand French well result I lost 2 hours and had to move to another city while I was supposed to be delivered to my home.
