Exhaust pot ordered but it was not specified that it is not compatible with the exhaust line. So I had to do some tinkering to make it fit. Moreover, sticker on the site photo but it was not on the pot

I ordered 4 items, one was not what I ordered, I received a chain guard instead of a mudguard, and returning costs almost as much as the item, so I urgently reordered my mudguard with express delivery at 11.90 euros,,,,,( supposedly 24h) ,,, order placed on Saturday at 2 PM received on Wednesday at noon, so not really satisfied with all this thank you

The ordered part is not the right one and twice in a row. I request a D'YX crankshaft with bearings of diameter 56 MM for 150 YX 1P60FMJ TYPE KLX engine.

Correct

Cylinder head gasket received of the wrong diameter, moreover the photos do not correspond to the item (and yes they are non-contractual, strange for online sales). Customer service told us that the gaskets were adaptable, how to adapt a diameter of 54 on my head in 52 and they tell us to re-drill holes in the right place. However, we ended up being reimbursed but it is still not serious for 'pros'

Fast order and delivery.

Despite the precautions I took while reading the recommendations on the site, I ordered a rim that cannot fit on my son's YCF 50 A. The rim is indeed 10", the axle 12mm. However, the brake disc cannot fit, and even if it could be installed, the brake disc support of 76mm hits the caliper guide... and this even using the appropriate spacers... and anyway the brake disc could no longer fit in the caliper. In short, this wheel is not compatible with a YCF 50A.

Many spare parts lack precision in the description. Like many sites to be honest. But when you buy spare parts, it's because you know how to do some DIY, and it's always annoying to receive them and realize that they are ultimately not compatible. Detailing the compatibility of the different ones would already be nice. The best brands do it. Best regards.

During my order, you noted that I would receive stickers as a bonus... But the stickers were not in the order... In that case, avoid saying it if it's not to receive them....

I was told via chat that if I ordered right away, my order would be shipped the same day, the next day when I realized my order hadn't shipped, I contacted via chat again, and I was told that after 2 PM it wouldn't be shipped the same day, but the next day.... Anyway, not very serious, I was still within the deadline...

The fork I ordered had scratches. Since the fork had a big discount, I deduced that it was the compensation for the scratches. I would have preferred to be warned before ordering it. But otherwise, the customer service is great and the speed of delivery is superb too.

My order was blocked because a reference was missing. No message to inform me. The person I spoke to on the phone to find out what was going on was really unhelpful and even hung up on me because I insisted on canceling the missing reference so that my order could be shipped. Result: the weekend ruined because no parts to ride after 10 days.

Delivery speed, however, the items in the box are slightly damaged because placed in the same box.

Tire requested in 90 and I ended up with an 80.
