The motorcycle had a lot of delivery delays. The customer service is very responsive, the motorcycle after 1 test is very good just a few adjustments to make at idle. Just have to see over time how it behaves
A lot of waiting to receive a defective motorcycle
I had a delay in my order, the cardboard box was damaged as well as the metal structure and the anti-parasite is broken, I had to buy another one in another store but otherwise the motorcycle is super cool, I recommend it. For my part, it was a 250 E, R, Z.

Order placed on April 18 for a pre-order scheduled for May 15 was postponed to June, an email to notify was sent, delivery date expected from the delivery person is June 5 but still waiting, hoping for a commercial gesture.
I bought a mini motorcycle and received it with all the deco kits that come off and apparently they can't have any in customer service a bit disappointed...

Following a purchase on the Minimx site for a Probike 300cc SX motocross I received it well after a week but the cardboard packaging was almost torn everywhere as if someone had looked inside... The motocross weighing 117kg was delivered on a half-damaged pallet and not even wrapped (no support). When the delivery person showed up in front of me for the delivery he even pointed out to his supervisor that the box was damaged everywhere and that the customer (me) might not accept the package... So upon receipt I had to open with the delivery person the little packaging that was still holding to check the state of the motocross... The delivery person admitted to me that the motorcycle had fallen several times in his truck because it was not strapped... Is that normal? I don't think so... I accepted the package because I didn't notice anything until the assembly... scratched fork and at the frame level the footpeg location twisted... I am sure that the motorcycle fell on that side. Anyway, otherwise good motorcycle very bad packaging and especially very very bad delivery person

The delivery is not fast enough, it says 48 hours to 72, I waited more than 8 days while I ordered 2 motorcycles for almost 3000 euros.
Fast delivery but catastrophic. The delivery person indicates to be there either 8 hours before the scheduled time because I chose a very precise delivery slot, moreover he was not in the right city so I had to move after having him on the phone saying he was waiting for me. Once arrived at the location I waited nearly 2 hours before he came back while he was supposed to be there 5 minutes after my arrival. The communication was very complicated because they did not understand French well result I lost 2 hours and had to move to another city while I was supposed to be delivered to my home.
For all consumables and other easily breakable parts (brake lever, gear selector...) the details of the parts are poorly explained the photos do not always correspond often not available be careful before ordering.

I can't give less because the team on the phone was really cool, but really the shipping delay is outrageous! Ordered on February 18 received on April 23 almost 3 months of waiting. Between forgotten container, customs control and so on the wait was frankly too long for a delivery at 80 euros. A small commercial gesture of an hour counter worth 18 euros offered, I would have preferred a small can of oil for my bike. Otherwise, the 300 ERZ was very well packaged and the Minimix team was very nice.
The motorcycle is in accordance with my request but I had a fuel leak from the carburetor so I asked them to clean it and now everything runs smoothly.
Initial was not clear in the first order. My son is getting impatient to receive his order placed a long time ago. Package not yet received so I do not know the state of this motorcycle? Best regards
