Request for information about a product via the online form... 7 days no response. Called on Monday... I was supposed to be called back the same day... no news, so I placed a blind order on Tuesday evening... Hoping that... Available on Thursday morning at the relay point. I finally get a call to first tell me that the part does not correspond to what I was looking for, then 5 minutes later that the reference does correspond to my search. In the end, everything meets my expectations. Aside from the lack of communication and information, no issues with all the orders placed.

A tiny little issue with the quality of the deco kit but no issues with the rest
Customer service is sometimes a bit lacking, the written messages are unclear to my questions. And for the calls, the solutions found are useless (my Dirt was smoking, I was told to change my valve cover gaskets. Done, and it still smokes....)

Relatively complete catalog and correct prices. But sellers are not very understanding when you encounter parts with (big) manufacturing defects. It risks ending up in the trash without the possibility of a refund.
Overall correct prices, however if you find a manufacturing defect on a part after unpacking it, (which is generally the case), do not expect a refund or a credit! Between sellers in denial (while all parts of the series have the same defect) and your unusable part, it will just end up in the trash and you will have lost your money. Customer service needs serious improvement....

Until my last order, MiniMX satisfied me, but during my last order I was not happy because I was missing a vshock shock absorber which costs 79 euros after all

Not enough commercial feedback
After calling one of your advisors who gave me the references for the parts, the stator and the harness do not match in terms of pins
Assembly instructions not included I didn't know and the delivery time was not respected I had to go pick up the bike in a warehouse 45 minutes from my home, but the technical service was very friendly and super nice.
The site itself is very well done
If you don't have a minimum of mechanical knowledge, move on! Not even an assembly manual, and on top of that a cut hose...
