The only downside is that the descriptions or images are sometimes not representative of what you receive, and the information is not always accurate but these are just isolated cases. I recommend.

Order received at the billing address (600Km from the delivery address), they did not inform me of the address change. I contacted customer service and had to insist for them to admit that it was indeed their shipping service that had used my billing address and not the post office. They were supposed to contact me back but never did. And it does not shock them that I received my packages at my billing address even though it is 600Km from the initial delivery address. No gesture was made on their part, I had to ask the person at my home to resend the packages to me and had to pay out of pocket for the deliveries. Unacceptable given that I myself have worked in logistics, when a mistake is made, one assumes and resolves the problem(s).

Ordered what we see in the photo but ended up with exactly the same items as in the photo but which ultimately do not even go together + a packaging that is MORE than questionable, a box with bits of 'protection' paper to 'cushion' the elements but which ultimately has plenty of room to go all around the box or even come out and no bubble wrap, So to conclude we receive a pot that is not compatible when it should be and with non-existent packaging we end up with a scratched, damaged set. I recommend neither the item nor the site. First and last visit.
There is nothing to complain about. A customer service always attentive even when the machine is not from Minimx. My only regret is not having bought my dirt bike from Minimx. Kudos to them they do a great job. I recommend +++
