Incomplete order missing the circlips

Too much waiting after stocks that are always out on certain items.

You should have more information about the parts otherwise good quality.

Missing items in the order, I am still waiting for a response about the bag, and maybe a defective part.

I have a CR-Z and it is difficult to find parts for CR-Z. The tire dimensions on the site did not match those on my worn tire: a hassle for a novice. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the received parts.

The site is good but in my case, impossible to get a front fender separately, you have to buy the complete plastic kit, or the site redirects you to an equivalent....which is much bigger!

Order received at the wrong place and no email received to warn. And some parts received are terrible.. chain that breaks after 15 minutes, I took the same one and the same thing happened after 30 minutes. The gold rims are not the same shade. Otherwise, the rest is great.

Just for the gift it was folded so the poster, since it is quite hard paper, has a big crease in the middle, too bad, might as well give stickers that fit in the shipping box, otherwise nothing to say, all the parts were super well.

Modification to be made to adapt the wheels on a YCF But okay!

It could have been great if at the time of ordering, it was specified on the site that this motorcycle model was out of stock. It is not very commercial for this information to be given after ordering and payment. (Reason given after sending email: motorcycle in testing phase!)

Good site overall but there are things to improve on product descriptions. Oh yes, order of 894€ received a poster worth 1€ and a sticker worth 1.90€ as gifts, while for an order of 400€ we receive a sticker sheet worth 20€ as a gift, it's completely absurd anyway, no need to look further.

The motorcycle is not bad overall but the manufacturer says not to touch the mechanics but that's not true, you will have to because it is not adjusted. But otherwise no issues...

Product photo not contractual. Customer service is terrible, they don't want to understand anything and no refund, I do not recommend at all. Delivery was fine.

A good site with responsive and attentive people despite a product issue. I had ordered a BASTOS 125cc, which was well noted in stock and delivered within 48/72 hours during my order and yet I would have had to wait until the end of June...... I settled for a 125cc sx. First outing last Sunday and nothing to say.

The details of the ordered parts are not quite right. So I ended up with duplicate spacers.
