I rated it average because when I order a complete wheel it is not (a rim, a tire, and an inner tube!!!!! it is a complete mounted wheel!)
Perfect for what I was looking for. But there is a big lack of communication when an item is out of stock, no contact from minimx and the same for delivery delays. It was my first order, a small gift like a keychain or sticker would have been nice, especially with how long it took to arrive.
Honestly, this is a very good site, they respond immediately if we have a problem or anything and it's a site I recommend.
