Very long order, package not received at the place where I was supposed to be delivered, missing the sticker in the package.
The duration of package reception is not always respected, like the manual for the 150crz and the goodies, which should have arrived at the beginning of the week and should be posted on Saturday..

The site has some bugs during the ordering process, and unfortunately has excessively high shipping costs (€7.80 for home delivery), which is almost €4 more expensive than on a regular site.
Error in my order.
I received my wheel, the big problem is that the description mentioned a 190mm disc and I received a 220mm disc. I tried to call customer service for over 3 hours, no one ever answered me, so I ordered a 190mm disc. It's a shame that we can't reach customer service, so my discount on the wheel went to ordering a disc, so I'm a bit disappointed, especially since my son couldn't ride over the weekend.
