incompetence and bad faith... some training for certain site managers would be necessary.

Response from MiniMX
Hello, Our 17 exchanged emails unfortunately did not find a favorable outcome. The accuracy of the Pit Bike parts is not equal to that of a specialist in fasteners, I agree. The dimensions indicated are those of YCF and come from their catalog and the ordered and delivered reference is correct. We understand your dissatisfaction, and we have offered to return the part for a refund. Best regards, Mini MX

Fast delivery if you take the 24-hour option which is more expensive. However, I have a problem with this motorcycle, received damaged at the seat level and no news about the bag despite having contacted them several times. Moreover, over time, the motorcycle presents several defects. The handlebars detach despite the screws and nuts being tightened fully, the motorcycle starts very poorly and stalls very often. In short, too many problems and an after-sales service that does not care about customers after the purchase.

Response from MiniMX
Hello, Your motorcycle has been taken into account, your request has been forwarded to the manufacturer who handles the warranty. We are still waiting for their response, which should come shortly. It is therefore false that our after-sales service does not care about you after purchase, we do everything to reduce the wait, but we are obliged to wait for the manufacturer's return. We remain at your disposal. Best regards, The MiniMX team
