Despite the good reception from the after-sales service, I received a damaged part and after calling several times and sending the video of the problem as requested on your Instagram account, I have not received any response for 2 weeks, rather disappointed, I hope to resolve this quickly to change this negative review

I received the package but unfortunately its contents are not compliant (two pads of the same side)

Extremely disappointed I ordered during the so-called Black Friday at 3565€ including tax only to be charged an additional fee that ultimately makes me pay the initial price of the motorcycle (4400) with the excuse that I bought it excluding tax and moreover it was up to me to contact them to be informed.... and to top it off no container for my delivery scheduled before Christmas (3 weeks of waiting before delivery) and not even an apology gift or a discount in short I am very angry

Ordered on 28/12, normally delivered in 24/48h, to this day still nothing received

After paying 12€ for shipping, the package was received 4 days later instead of 24h

Of very poor quality!

The reference part for bastos 90 cm³, but this part is not compatible at all. The steering column is thinner and much longer by almost 5 cm, the steering column passage in the fork stem is not adapted. Fortunately with the old columns, a chance and I was able to crimp it and adapt it on top. After many orders and references. I had asked if it was the original stem for bastos, 90, I was told four times that it was, disappointed with this purchase

Dissatisfied with the delivery time, I am still waiting for a response to my email.

Clutch lever ordered I had to grind it down to fit in the order on a mini mx motorcycle and gasket set for 125 yx for a ycf the gaskets are very poorly cut half do not have the right spacing.

No problem for navigation on the website but the deadline was not respected two and a half weeks to receive a bike supposed to arrive in two days customer service very very poor to us to come to us lying that the vehicle left on Monday. And in fact no, GLS CONFIRMED TO US THAT THEY RECOVERED THE BIKE ONLY ON WEDNESDAY, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT

No inner tube 'offered'

I received the motorcycle at the bottom of my house IMPOSSIBLE to unscrew the fender screws the screws were stripped had to hold it with 1 screw

The rear inner tube had a defect at the valve impossible to inflate I do not recommend

Total incompetence I ordered complete wheels in 14 17 that are supposed to be adaptable and they are not so I return the wheels for a smaller size 12 14 once the package arrives I receive the complete rim in 12 but the 2nd package is just a single tire in 12 so I call back and resend the order to finally receive the missing complete wheel in 14 except that this time I receive the rim in 14 without the mounted disc so not complete and the worst part is that it is warped I call back one more time except that they just send me the disc and a disc for a rim in 17 it’s really nonsense while the rim received is warped with photo proof this has been going on for weeks

Very long delivery

I ordered a tank and I did not receive the arrival of fuel with it

I requested home delivery and I learn when I receive an email that my order is delivered. I call DPD who tells me that my order has arrived at a relay point. This is unacceptable poor communication.

I asked the mini MX site by email to send me the reference of my chain so that I can change my dirt 125 chain they sent me a chain that is too long so I had to remove links not a good product a good seller

The service has been disastrous, from start to finish, starting with the delivery. Without anyone telling me why, my order stayed several days in 'standby' I don't know for what reason. When I call support, they tell me that the payment is blocked, and that they will call me back as soon as possible (the payment had gone through on my side, no issues on my end) They call me back 30/45 minutes later 'yes, your package was blocked at the payment level I don’t know why, we are sending your order today.' Well... very well, a mistake happens it’s not a big deal. The delivery is delayed (thanks to LaPoste...) To finish: once the package is received, the exhaust cartridge is broken in several places, on the outside and inside of the cartridge, let’s say it’s the delivery person’s fault, even though I doubt it since the package is very well protected, it rather gives the impression that the cartridge was dropped before being packed in the box. Finally, I looked a bit more closely at the cartridge, the baffle present in the cartridge is dirty, strangely greased, and seems very clearly already used, and is ABSOLUTELY not new. To finish, this is the second time I order from minimx, and the second time I am forced to leave a negative review…

Purchase made on Saturday, September 14 before 2 PM order still not received at my home. Blocked in Paris since September 17 I was supposed to receive my package on September 19 the delivery time of 48h to 72h not respected by the seller when we call the shipper or logistics platform to get information and track our package they just pass the buck and do not know where the package is. I do not recommend this supplier. Carrier DB Schenker which is impossible to reach.

Error in the description regarding the dimensions. Return request made by email, no response. I cannot contact customer service either. I find that regrettable.

I am extremely disappointed I had to urgently buy an intake manifold for this weekend because the part does not match the packaging and the carburetor repair kit is actually not for a VM22 PZ26 this site is a scam plain and simple.

The wheel arrived flat..

Hello the cylinder head does not match with the old inclination gasket intake manifold reversed. When it says on the site to put it back together and it works I call that false advertising. Best regards

Motorcycle scratched everywhere, incomplete order no response from them.

They show us photos I order items without reading the description where it is written that certain parts are not included for me it’s just to attract buyers with the price, it’s not normal and moreover defective items I send an email 3 days still no response

No news about my order I paid €11.90 and I received a refund of €5 I don’t even know why
