Small problem with my order that has still not been resolved disappointed

CATASTROPHIC!! Explanation: order shipped in the name of the relay point, so returned to sender by them because they did not know who it was for; After calling, I was told no shipment before the return of the package to see where the problem is (WHY NOT), by the way, I am still waiting for the photo. After a week, I checked the tracking site and for 3 or 4 days it has been in a depot, and if I hadn't called to inform them that it hadn't moved for several days and that I still had no shipping notice, I think I would still have nothing. This is not my first order with you, but for this one, I would give 4 stars for the dissatisfaction. Regards.

I paid 12 euros for shipping to receive the package in 2 days, only to end up picking it up at the TNT depot 30 minutes from my home 4 days later!!!

Correct communication by phone, however no response by email. Following a stock problem not specified, the delivery was delayed. I asked for a small commercial gesture... but nothing.

This site is not bad, I started a lot of parts but I was disappointed by the clutch and brake lever pack as they do not fit the CRZ 125S

An order lost at TNT and my order once received with missing parts in the package which took me more than 15 days to get my parts instead of 24 hours, a shame....

Very disappointing order. The shipping date does not match what was announced. It is never the same contact person who does not introduce themselves on the phone. After receipt, you are on your own. They send a PDF that does not explain how to assemble the bike. When you call, they hide behind the manufacturer. They ask for photos to verify the assembly but do not call back. Technical responses vary depending on the contact person (oil change, carburetor change, assembly...) Fortunately, they are courteous otherwise it would be a disaster!

Shipping delays too long, most online pit bike parts sites ship the same day and here it is not the case at all which is a shame so this is a service to be improved quickly.

The packaging very poorly done resulted in a broken piece of plastic on the coil nothing serious but you can see that the packaging inside suffered during transport I think that if it had been well secured it would not have moved. Otherwise for the coil we do not have the reference for what the wires correspond to, too bad
