I have received my order of my CRZ saddle and the selection fork that I ordered. I had to order the selection fork because there was a problem with the gear shifting. I had bought a new 125 CRZ S Semi-automatic from them, and when I received it new, the gears wouldn't shift. I called customer service, and they told me I needed to adjust the gears. I adjusted the gears, but the second one had a lot of trouble shifting. I then disassembled the engine to change the broken and rusty selection fork. I am currently in the process of reassembling the engine. Very serious customer service. They offered me to file a complaint with CRZ for a new selection fork to see later. Just a small thing to review: the packages should be a bit more protected with bubble wrap. Best regards. I thank customer service for the follow-up.

Advice aimed at selling but parts not suitable or not intended for my pit (under the advice of a seller), after-sales service not serious (from my experience). Not satisfied at all, forced to start from scratch after more than 200€ of useless parts in my opinion.

The plastic kit did not withstand the first wash! mediocre quality and no indication is given regarding its maintenance. I am still waiting for a response from customer service!!

The order took a long time to arrive.

I had delivery difficulties, I received my parts thanks to the company MiniMx which quickly sent another package. So the company MiniMx is very good and the carrier is very bad, thus the result is average. The quality/price ratio is still very good with good advice from the platform.

This is my second order, still the same problem with the fuel filter ref P027 defective item due to the filter cartridge blocking the fuel inlet as it touches the bottom of the tank 2 filters to return!! Also, I ordered a chain tensioner P0129, supposedly adaptable dirt, 125 cm3 ycf.... well missed the part is too wide, anyway to return too... so I'm wary of the quality of the parts,

The clutch lever of the 125s crz 2014 hits the handguard (risk of cracking the handguard over time).

Acceleration cable broke upon delivery and still no follow-up to my complaint.

The order was quick BUT I did not receive the correct size of my steering axle for my dirt bike, so I was disappointed, they sent it back to me and it was the correct size but it took 2 weeks before my correct axle was at home, so please improve your supplier, thank you
