Customer reviews of MiniMX

the motorcycle arrived in very good condition, but the accelerator handle and the carburetor

Top, however I'm not a pro at assembly ...

Everything is perfect and delivery very fast

The delivery was supposed to be made today but still nothing, otherwise customer service is top-notch, easy access site

Order of a motorcycle announced as “in stock” with delivery within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Result? More than three weeks of waiting, no information, and a delivery now announced in a month, because documents are missing… documents that I was never informed I had to provide. Non-existent customer service: no communication, no transparency. I had to call them myself from Switzerland (at my expense) to learn that the motorcycle was actually out of stock, despite the “available” indication on the site. The cherry on top: their site even displayed the order as “delivered” when it was stuck in customs. Result: spoiled birthday gift for my little brother. No solution proposed, no compensation, nothing. Avoid if you are looking for a serious site. This kind of practice borders on false advertising.

Delivery on time, well packaged, product as described

It's a very good site, I usually order from them, but despite that, I have had delivery issues several times (1 week delay for a 24h delivery..)

impeccable

Hello, I give five stars, delivery very fast in 5 days, the balance bike is of very very good quality, great for my son, thank you

Order still not arrived

A customer service that is top-notch, there are no other words!

Within the perfect timeframe

Very good site

Received in less than 48h because the part was defective in the competition ignition kit

Received in 48h, unfortunately the CDI box was faulty but the customer service was responsive in sending a CDI received in less than 48h

Very good

Very active online chat

Delivery of the package on the desired day, and the site is quite clear.

This site is a goldmine for dirt spare parts

Following the explosion of my son's balance bike wheel, the customer service was exceptional, the new wheel was shipped quickly in 3 days. Exceptional site, top customer service, keep it up.

Perfect

You sold me a motorcycle that was not in stock while it is still displayed as in stock on your website, I had to add 150€ to get another one that I didn't necessarily like. Your seller promised me an engine oil can that I never saw, not to mention the very disappointing delivery time from mini mx

In accordance with the description. Fast delivery and top customer service. Thank you team

Very good site, to recommend

Very good quality

Fast product shipping and available customer service.

I ordered a fork clamp, the clamp is perfect but the screws do not match, impossible to use it. And the engine oil did not match the bottle I ordered, but for that, nothing disturbing, it's the same thing I needed, just not the right brand received. And for the kill switch, the on and off are reversed, during the installation I tried the wiring in both directions but the result is that I turn off the bike with ON and I turn it on when the kill switch is on OFF and it's impossible to reverse anything, just the box or the ON/OFF designation are reversed. Apart from that, out of the four items ordered, only one is fine. A bit disappointed knowing that I have already ordered from you and that I reordered precisely because of the trust I have in you.

Quite a few parts in stock

I am very happy with my purchase, the motorcycle is of very good quality Fast delivery

Perfect, I received the motorcycle in 3 days, not damaged, nothing was missing and it matched the description. A top customer service that advised me before my purchase, I highly recommend

Excellent, everything arrived well. I contacted the seller twice for information. Always got responses and always welcomed very professionally, I recommend more ++++

Fast and efficient

One star less for the delivery delay, the manual is hard to read and the rear mudguard does not match the model in the manual.

Quality part, thank you

Long shipping, the motorcycle I chose was in stock and I had to call several days later to be told that my order was blocked due to lack of stock... I had to wait 3 weeks..

.... package delivered so no comment.

Hello, fast delivery, this is the second motorcycle ordered from them, nothing to say, however, they haven't started yet

I have never had a package sent so quickly, order received in 24 hours. The site is of good quality. Good job.

Very responsive, super efficient

Fast and reliable shipping
